Our stay was amazing, like always. I love the garden theme, I love the happy hour from 6-8 at the center of the main building garden/pool area. Everyone is friendly and coffee is always available in the lobby.

the room was dingy and dirty, and I got eaten alive by bugs. They also had a menu in the room for room service and when we tried to order they saaid only Monday thru Thursday. Well how many travel during the week instead of the weekend....that's stupid!! They are also the town where you cross into Mexico and when we asked the office staff about where that was they were clueless and acted like they could care less. Stay away!!

HORRIBLE BED
I will keep it simple. The bed was the most horrible bed I had slept in, and the room key never worked. I couldn't sleep in that awful bed. I was in pain for days of insufficient sleep.

The room was much nicer than I imagined it’d be, and the hotel has a nice bar in the center of the complex that is cozy, has a wonderful atmosphere, nice workers, and gives you 2 free beers for staying at the hotel! Now, there’s only 2 gripes I had. First, someone before me somehow put 2 good sized cracks in the tub floor so that some of the shower water goes through the cracks and into the ground below the tub. Fortunately I stayed on the bottom floor, because if it was the top floor, then it’d be a much BIGGER ISSUE, as water would run onto the ceiling above the first floor room(s)! The tub may still be repairable, without having to replace it, but it’d take a knowledgeable worker to fix the 2 cracks in the tub flooring. The second issue (but it’s minor) is that someone before me foolishly stole the original TV remote, so some functions weren’t available. However, the lady at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart, and she helped me out so much from when I first checked into the room, and also provided me with a brand new tv remote. I learned that I have to program the remote for the particular tv in the room, in order for the remote basic functions to work properly. All in all, the stay was very good, and the room was clean.
