Nice and cozy apartment on the beach of Laredo (Salve beach)

It is a nice apartment, very cozy, and with modern decoration. It is located on the second line of the beach (Salve), in the square of Carlos V, 4 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the town center. Just below it has several bars, restaurants, a supermarket and a hairdresser. It is fully equipped:
full kitchen (microwave, washing machine, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, iron, kitchen utensils ...) master bedroom with double bed (canapé bed), second bedroom with a pull-out bed of 90 (two beds), a bathroom ( with dryer) lounge - dining room and terrace with sea views. It is a seventh floor with elevator (new) and private parking. It also has gas heating.

Buena ubicación
Apartamento muy bien ubicado. A pocos minutos andando de la playa . Limpio, comodo y acogedor y con todos los electrodomesticos a excepcion de lavavajillas. Lo unico que hay detalles descuidados en cableado y la plaza de aparcamiento no es como tal. Son espacios al aire libre, en zona comunitaria, que ocupa el primero que llega. Y te puedes ver sin sitio. La valoración es positiva. Repetiria

Positivo, no funcionaba la tele y rápidamente nos trajeron otra. La plaza de garaje es comunitaria, cuando están todas ocupadas ya no tienes. Bombillas desconectadas Radiadores que pierden agua, hay que estar pendiente de que no baje la presión de la caldera para no perder el agua caliente. Sofá de material caluroso para el verano. Sin luz en la terraza.

Bon emplacement très proche de la plage. Le logement etait propre de meme que le linge Par contre, le chauffe eau ne fonctionnait pas, aucune porte fenetre ne fermait, il n y avait que 2 couteaux , 4 fourchettes et 3 cuillères. Probleme d eclairage car plus de 6 ampoules à changer

Éramos 5 personas y estuvimos de maravilla. La ubicación al no ser céntrico, se podía dormir sin ruidos. La distancia a la playa era ideal. Sin duda para repetir otro año.

No sé cómo están los precios en la zona de Laredo. Me ha parecido un poco caro en comparación con otro piso que alquilé en la zona de Torrox en Málaga que estaba muy bien. El piso normal, con la limpieza justa. Algunos defectillos que se podían cuidar: no había jabón de manos, la ducha no se sujetaba,... Pero en general bien.

En general bien: situación, distribución vivienda, aparcamiento, wifi. Cosas a mejorar (o revisar antes de la entrada de los siguientes usuarios): menaje de la cocina muy reducido (cucharillas, cubiertos de cocinar, cuchillos, sartenes...); potencia electrica de la vivienda muy ajustada, mando de la tv sin pilas, lámpara de techo de la segunda habitación que no funciona, .... y unos cuantos mosquitos de más. A decir a favor: colchones cómodos, electrodomésticos de cocina nuevos, el agua caliente sale instantánea, ropa de cama de sobra (edredones, sábanas, toallas...)

Al llegar se nos da las llaves del apartamento en las cuales no había llave de parking. Se la piden y nos dicen que se pondrán en contacto con nosotros que nos la tienen. Nuestro requisito principal era una casa con parking. La dueña no se preocupa en ningún momento y tenemos que estar nosotros pendientes de escribirla para buscar una solución. Al pasar 4 horas y no dar solución nos ponemos en contacto con Vrbo, los cuáles me ponen en contacto con la dueña y muy mal educada me dice que nos vayamos de su casa si queremos pero que no tiene las llaves del parking, (son las 20h de la tarde y con dos niños pequeños me dice que me vaya) como no tenemos donde ir nos quedamos y se la informa que al día siguiente abandonamos el apartamento. Milagrosamente después aparecen las llaves. El apartamento está algo reformado, las habitaciones están bien pero la cocina deja mucho que desear, vieja y con olor a viejo y sucio. Desde luego no volvería ni recomendaría este apartamento

Bonjour, appartement bien situé, avec un petit balcon qui n'est pas précisé sur l'annonce, avec vue sur la mer et la montagne de l'autre pendant le petit déjeuner. Propreté correcte, les proprio sont sympas et disponible quand il manque quelques choses ou qu'un appareil ne fonctionne pas. Location correcte à ce prix là. Apartment quiet, very good localization, with a little terrasse with a view on the beach and sea, and mountain, during the breakfast is very well. Otherly not a luxe apart, but for the price is a good rate.
