The property advertises a shuttle and airport distance of 11 minutes. The property is further away. The shuttle was very hard to reach once arriving at the airport and we ended up there for an hour waiting. we were not the only ones.

Location close to airport, We were greeted by Chris he was very polite and helpful. Facility was very clean, room was nice and clean. We even forgot some items after checkout and Chris made sure we got them back. We had no issues.

To start, Rahul is amazing. Very kind, helpful, and attentive. His customer service is TOP TIER. The property does look like the remodeled photos which is nice. Our room was very clean. Tv is a decent size. Channels available is great. I love the walk-in shower. I appreciate the washer and dryer available ($1.50 per wash/dry (45min)). Also, avis/budget is on the property which is very convenient. Tracy the shuttle driver was amazing. I love this hotel location. It is very close to stores, restaurants, and not far from the Galleria, Dallas, and so on. No complaints.
