Clean, comfortable beds. Staff was friendly. The blinds broke and was told this has happened several times with other guests. I believe this is because the blackout portion is short by about 8” and we, as guests don’t realize this and pull to hard to get it to go all the way down. There was a bright light outside in the parking lot. Surely the shade is supposed to go all the way down? Anyway, we delt with it because didn’t want to change rooms. No jacuzzi, which I knew, but would have been nice. Convenient to the location we were there for for work.

Just ok
Very basic but clean hotel and room. We were not fans of the layout, which had all the rooms for the entire building on one side of the building, the elevators near the lobby side, and the only stairwell at the complete opposite side at the end of very long hallways. Not very convenient for bringing in luggage, especially since there was only one cart for the whole hotel so it was never there. We slept in since we had our own breakfast items with us but went down expecting there to be some fresh fruit and utensils but everything was completely gone besides coffee and tea. We’ve stayed at many budget hotels and most at least have fruit and a few other things left out as a courtesy but not at this hotel. A little disappointing but not the end of the world. We were there just to sleep after a concert at the Toyota Pavilion. A few minor annoyances compared to other similar places we’ve stayed at before but it was new, clean, and quiet so it got the job done.
