The Southwestern style of the property was spectacular, especially our king room. With a cat in tow, ease of access into and out of the room was superb. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were a bit surprised though that we would be charged to get bottled water, since the BWs we stayed at elsewhere offered them free, however otherwise we have no complaints, it was a great experience!

There's a train that rattles the windows. Shower head hadn't been cleaned in years and barely leaked out water. They should get a 1 star review just for that considering how easy it would be to remedy. That reflects on management, be lucky you're getting 3 stars.

The place is nice people say things about the neighborhood. I thought it was fine. The place was clean two baths two beds. The TV could’ve been a little nicer with definitely better reception, but other than that the people at the desk were great and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Wow. Count me impressed.
I don’t typically post reviews, but I was impressed with Best Western Mission Hill. It was an excellent stay overall. The staff were exceptional and friendly, very customer service minded. The room was nicely appointed, comfortable. The breakfast was way better than I expected. There is a train track nearby, but the staff let you know in advance and even offered ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. As long as you don’t mind an occasional train, the value for money is excellent. I would absolutely stay again. The staff at Best Western Mission Hill are doing it right.
