Sink stopped up. After they fixed it left the bathroom dirty and didn’t clean it afterwards. TV didn’t work with all the channels. Phone in the room didn’t work so had to walk back and forth to the front counter to explain the issues was. Could tell there were previous leaks in the bathroom. Ice machines were disgusting. Indoor pool wasn’t heated and was terribly cold.

The curtains did not close completely and having lights blare into my room made it for an unpleasant sleep. The noise from traffic was also terrible. I should have requested a change of room.

The room was comfortable but not spacious. The breakfast area was small and got overcrowded. Food options were good, eggs, sausage, waffles, pancakes and cerals. Coffee was ok.

This hotel is very old and in need of repair. We stayed in what was supposed to be a wheelchair accessible room. It was too narrow, had no seat in the shower, had mold in the shower and slippery floor. They are short staffed with no one at the front desk most of the day.

This place is a dump
Our first room was dirty, smelled of smoke and urine. The front desk moved us down the hallway to a room on the other side of thehotel. In this room there was food under the sink,the light switch in the bathroom showed sighns of not being clean. On the wall and light switch. The house phone was covered in pop spills and other stains. The elevator had what appared to begane signs scratched into the door. The rug was a mess. Maybe if you get to stay on the third floor its nicer. We were onthe second floor and it was a dump. Needs lots of updates.
