Sink stopped up. After they fixed it left the bathroom dirty and didn’t clean it afterwards. TV didn’t work with all the channels. Phone in the room didn’t work so had to walk back and forth to the front counter to explain the issues was. Could tell there were previous leaks in the bathroom. Ice machines were disgusting. Indoor pool wasn’t heated and was terribly cold.

This hotel is very old and in need of repair. We stayed in what was supposed to be a wheelchair accessible room. It was too narrow, had no seat in the shower, had mold in the shower and slippery floor. They are short staffed with no one at the front desk most of the day.

This place is a dump
Our first room was dirty, smelled of smoke and urine. The front desk moved us down the hallway to a room on the other side of thehotel. In this room there was food under the sink,the light switch in the bathroom showed sighns of not being clean. On the wall and light switch. The house phone was covered in pop spills and other stains. The elevator had what appared to begane signs scratched into the door. The rug was a mess. Maybe if you get to stay on the third floor its nicer. We were onthe second floor and it was a dump. Needs lots of updates.

We had a pleasant stay. I had informed them through the website and with two calls before our stay to confirm room type and reservation and let them know we would need the sofa bed, but when we arrived after a 12 hr drive and finally got the kids ready for bed at 11pm we were annoyed to find the sofa bed was not made up and there was not any bedding in the room, I had to go back down to the front desk to get them myself. I was pleasantly surprised at the free breakfast options, it included make-your-own waffles, scrambled or hard boiled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurts, cereals, fruits, and bakery items. Our room was clean except for the bathroom floor was really dirty. We kept getting little pebbles and what looked like mud in the bathroom and by the third day I finally realized it was the dirt in the grout coming up. I don't think they had swept or mopped that floor in a long time. We asked for housekeeping service the third day and unfortunately didn’t get it. We had the suite with 2 adults and 4 kids so our trash was full, we had a lot of dirty towels and a few pool towels and we were out of toilet paper. Overall though, I would stay again, it was adequate for the price.
