Budget Friendly
Place is a good stay if your cash flow is not good and need a roof over your head with a/c ,hot water, showers, ice machine and management that will work with you. I cant complain if your a snotty kind of person and very picky and have ocd then this place is not for you.

Check in was horrible. When customer needed to be contacted due to him not answering his phone from 7 am to 1030 am, clerk refused to help. Said no one was there by that name! Had to call police for a welfare check! All was asked of him was to ring the room or knock on the door, which by the way, was next door to the office. Check out was horrible. The clerk would not even give a receipt or acknowledge customer. Will not be going there again!!!

Was evicted because property was condemned.
Last minute because the property where we were staying at was condemned. Had to move with in the same day plans and no deposit required. Clean rooms nice staff and room service was very helpful

We booked a room that was supposed to be one queen bed(room401) on 9/28. It was a full size mattress. Not a queen. The dead bolt lock on the door was broken off. Turned light off in the kitchen and bugs fell onto the stove. The bathroom was extremely dirty and hair in the shower and on the floor. The room was to be a smoke free room and it was extremely strong cigarette smell. We couldn’t even stay wet immediately left the property with no refund. Absolutely ridiculous how they pass state inspection I would never recommend anyone staying here

The night time clerk was very friendly and accommodating. We had to change rooms twice before we had a room that was clean and comfortable to us. They outside common area was full of trash and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a day or two. The next day we noticed it was much improved.
