The hotel and staff were great. We did a weekend trip from Alamo with an outside pool being one of the main reasons we chose that hotel and it was closed.

The staff was horrible got charged double and still havent gotten my refund cuz of the staff i got overdrafted and still owe me 200 and deposit 6back its been two weeks and worst of all my truck got broken into in the day and authorities never called they just dnt cafe horrible hotel for the price
