The place is clean with nice rooms. Our only complaint was the hot tub was luke warm so not great. But otherwise we like this place and have stayed there several times on our trips to Cruces.

Elevator, and pool were out of service. If those had been working our stay would have been much better. Room was nice.
We had a big issue with our reservations there at Motel 6 in Las Cruces Nm
We got there at 5 p.m. I proceeded to give her our reservations and Joann the supposed Manager stated she could not do amything with it because it was between expedia and me. I argued with her and tried callimg expedia but she finally called a second number amd got them after two hours. I asked for dowmstaors due to my husband being partially blind
We ended up stairs on the top floor and at the very end of the floor. So we went on up with our stuff on a broken cart. The mext day the elevator broke down. The same person Joann did not say one word until we.were at the front of elavator then tells us it is broken. We finally get to our room and there was a curtain rod and curtain in the middle of the hall. We get into our room the windows were dirty the lights over beds did not work. The next day I talked to another clerk and was told
Joann w as not the manager and was told she could of changed our reservations and taken care of it. By then we just stayed due to already paod for the stay. We jave photos pf the room and it will be tje last time we ever stay there again.
No blinds for blackout lights as advertised. Had to ask for coffee and creamer and was denied even tho I’m in a studio . Housekeeping knocked way before checkout . Couldn’t book another day online for three hours and the representative told me to downgrade to motel 6 instead of studio. Cost more and has less and is on a floor they’re renovating . I couldn’t buy the instant noodles with credit or tap to pay.vending has no credit card payment method . Ice machine on first floor is broken and hot tub is out of order. Noisy neighbors during whole stay. Agent had me call Expedia to straighten out booking issues when Expedia explained to me that the company representative them self has to call Expedia to rent arrange and verify booking reservation of guests, not the guest. How misleading , disrespectful and insulting
First.room given was dirty or occupied. Second room looked like it was undergoing construction. No coffee maker hand towels rags cups tv remote and dust everywhere.

Recent fire smell of smoke everywhere. Arrived late and no record of reservation. Had to wait an hour for receptionist to clean a room.
Joann receptionist was a trooper! She manned front desk and readied room!
We had reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When i got there the convierge told me he didnt have my reservation. So i had to call hotels.com customer service. They didnt send the confirmation to the hotel.
After we confirmed the reservation, the only room available didnt have housekeeping. So the concierge himself went to chamge the bedsheets and towels.
We go to the room. The floors looked like they had just finished remodeling. Drywall mud and dustThe toilet had brown stains on the inside of the lid to the toilet. The towels were disorganized tossed on the bed. I have a toddler and things on the floor often make their way into their hands. There were a couple drywall screws that could have made their way into his hands or our feet.
It was a nice basic hotel. No breakfast, no restaurants, no phone in the room but a nice clean hotel with friendly people. Exactly what I wanted not very handicap friendly
