Comfortable and spacious holiday apartment with unbeatable location in exclusive area of "Las Canteras" a few meters from the beach. Central and good connectivity. All important services nearby.

The apartment is located in an unbeatable location, a few meters from "La Puntilla," one of the beaches that make up the great beach of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, called "Las Canteras."
From its balcony, it offers lateral views of the beach and terraces and restaurants.
Guests will find all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. It has one bedroom with two single beds.
The kitcen is completely equipped,and the balcony allows you to enjoy an outdoor breakfast.
There is an elevator in the building, although the apartment is on the second floor and comfortably accessible by stairs.

You can access the accommodation anytime after 3 pm.
Early check-in can only be managed upon request. If you need one, please send us an e-mail. Remember to complete all outstanding payments, if any, and your online guest registration. Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung - aber ...
Zur Buchung: Corona-bedingt aufwändige Vorab-Checkin bei dem man alle möglichen Angaben bis hin zur Fotos der Personalausweise hochladen muss. Also nur für Menschen denen die Preisgabe ihrer Daten in Internet egal ist. Ein Hinweis auf diese Prozedur in der Beschreibung hätte uns von der Buchung abgehalten ... Checkin: Übergabe des Schlüssels sollte am Flughafen erfolgen. Das angegebene Büro war nicht besetzt. Nachdem wir dann jemand gefunden, haben funktioniert der genannteCode zum Öffnen des Schlüsselkastens nicht. Nach einigem telefonieren und 45min später wurde das Fach dann noch (aus der Ferne) geöffnet. Zur Wohnung: wirklich sauber war sie nicht. Essensreste in der Spüle, Staubflocken auf dem Boden, Geschirr nicht richtig abgewaschen und der Safe war auch zu und lies sich nicht öffnen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung aber komplett ausgestattet und hat sehr gutes Internet. TV nur auf Spanisch - am besten einen FireTV Stick o.ä. mitnehmen. Der Balkon (Whg. 22) ist zugig und meist im Schatten, daher nur sehr selten benutzbar. In der 2ten Woche fingen die Bauarbeiten in der Nachbarwohnung (21) an. Komplettsanierung des Bades mit abschlagen der Fliesen - von morgens 7 Uhr bis abends. Wenn es sich um den selben Eigentümer handeln sollte, wäre es ein Frechheit die Wohnung in der Zeit zu vermieten. Zur Lage: Die Lage am Strand ist einfach super, allerdings nichts für Menschen die es auch gern mal ruhig haben. Die ca. 6 Restaurants in unmittelbare Nähe bauen ihre Aussenbereiche morgens ab 7 Uhr lautstark auf und Nachts um 24 Uhr wieder ab. Besonders Abends hat man infernalischer Lärm durch die Gäste in den Restaurants. Dazu kommen auch noch einige weniger talentierte Musiker die dort mehrfach am Tage ihre Brötchen mit immer derselben Strassenmusik verdienen wollen. Die Fenster lässt man also besser zu. Zur Abreise: zum Abschied gab es dann auch noch ein Aufforderung per Mail die Wohnung um 11 Uhr zu verlassen verbunden mit der Drohung sonst Teile der Kaution einzubehalten. Da fährt man dann gern wieder nach Hause ;-)
