Good cheap property if you’re staying in Gran Canaria. It’s a good location and has a car park close by which made things easy. However cleanliness was woeful, they didn’t have hand soap or anything to wash the dishes with which made me question how clean everything was. I just think hand soap is a bare minimum even for a cheaper property.

Very good location for buses to entire island. Lovely beach within walking distance. Safe but lively environment, good value for money and would go back again . Only downside is noise from local park into the early hours.

Yes it was very good, five minute walk from bus station. Shopping centre with McDonalds and Burger King ten minutes walk. Beach lovey and sandy again 10 minutes away. Reception very helpful. Speak English. Bus 60 from the Airport to bus station. Would stay again.

Great value stay. Would stay again.
Great location close to bus station and beach / promenade. Kitchenette was a bonus as we could have breakfast and hot drinks in the room. Fantastic value fir mibey. Helpful staff. A little dated and worn, especially the shower cubicle.

Excellent location!
The location is fantastic. Only €2.95 for the bus from the airport and a 5 minute walk from the station. The long beach is under 10 min walk with so many restaurants. Las Palmas is so cheap and safe for a lone traveller. Within walking distance to many cultural / art galleries. There is a massive shopping centre at the end of the promenade if that`s what you`re into to. Easy access in and out of the apartments with keys provided. Fridge, freezer and xclnt free wifi. Friendly cleaners offering clean towels etc (daily I think.) Didn`t bother with the tv so I don`t know. I found the studio clean and comfortable. I would stay again because of the location.

I like the location of the property as it was 5minutes away from the beach. The studio was smaller than I expected and there wasn't a toaster or kettle available, but an iron was provided for a deposit of 10 euros. If you plan on spending more time outdoors than in then this place is just fine. Las Is a beautiful island and the temperature was just right.

Hotelli on loistavalla paikalla tulla ja lähteä esim. julkisilla busseilla. Samoin nähtävyyksiin ja rantoihin nähden lyhyt matka. Vastaanoton mies erityisen avulias ja ystävällinen, sekä puhui englantia. Nainen ei ymmärtänyt yhtään englantia. Huoneen pieni "keittiö" erinomainen, jääkaappi ja vedenkeitin, mikro ym. Vuode hyvä, samoin pesuhuone. Ainoa haitta huono äänieristys. Ovien lukot äänekkäitä ja huoneesta toiseen hyvä kuuluvuus. Samoin tietysti ulkoa liikenne ym, mikä on ymmärrettävää sijainnin vuoksi. Eniten häiritsee naapurien kulkeminen öisin.
