Noisy, but convenient beachfront hotel
It was a nice room with a convenient location, however because it's right at the beach, you hear the sounds of the public around the clock. The hotel is also located above a bar that was blasting bass-heavy, loud music until 2am the night I stayed. The staff is pleasant and nice, just be aware if you're sensitive to sound. The location is steps away from the sand and ocean, steps away from plenty of restaurants.

Aspects of the property were dirty. If you stay here do not accept one of the lower floors as it will be impossible to sleep owing to the noise levels. If you are a non smoker you will not be able to sit on the balcony due to cigarette smoke drifting up. There were no plugs for the sinks and bath apparently to save water. How are you supposed to have a bath? There were no cereal bowls or wind glasses. Some cupboards and shelves were falling of the wall. There was a hole in the ceiling above the bath. The mind boggles. Dangerous electrical fittings coming off the wall. We both suffered from stomach problems resulting in vomiting and diarrhoea. We have been told this would have been either the water or the units on the sun terrace.

The location was excellent with a spectacular view from our sea view balcony. There were plenty of places to eat, drink and shop nearby and the beach was just out the door. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better.

The hotel location is right on the boardwalk of the Cameras beach. All the restaurants and the best beach are right outside. Hotel setting is simple but clean. Staff is very attentive.

I loved the roof top area, the location close to the beach, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy. I would stay again if I was in this area. Dislike would be no pool, bar, and security locks on the patio doors broken(easy fix to)

The location is outstanding. The beach is just outside the front door. There are many good cafes and restaurants close by. The old town las palmas is a five minute taxi ride away. The suite has excellent amenities for making tea. Toasting bread etc. We made our own breakfast each day.

The location is absolutely fantastic,if ur lucky to have a balcony you will be waking up to a beautiful sight,the hotel faces the beach,there are endless restaurants and bar just outside the entrance,bus station nd harbour are only 7 mins away,friendly staff island in general!heading back soon

Amazing place - will definitely be back!
Amazing place. Huge apartment with living room, kitchen (fridge, hob, kettle, coffee maker, electric juicer, plenty of saucepans/crockery/cutlery), bathroom with toiletries and bedroom with comfortable king bed and fan. Daily cleaning service with clean towels and bed linen every 2 days. Lovely friendly staff. Right opposite beautiful clean beach, hundreds of bars and restaurants and couple of minutes walk from 2 large supermarkets. Amazing views from the balcony .... Watched the sunset at night and woke up to the sounds of the sea. My daughter had an interior room and paying extra for sea view was definitely worth it. Highly recommended - will definitely return!!

Comfortable apartment with lovely sea view, very clean. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Organised taxi's and airport transfer with local firm who were very helpful carrying luggage as the hotel is on the sea front a short walk away from the road. A little noisy at night, but enjoyed waking up to the sound of the sea in the morning.

Very good location, spacious apartment and comfortable bed. Apartment looks cheaply furnished and much less exciting than the pictures on the booking site. WiFi was weak. Some irritating rules, e.g. taking a deposit when requesting an iron and a charge of 2.5 Euros per day to use the in-room safe.

Perfect location and amazing sunset views
The location of this property surpassed our expectations. In our view the location was one of the best in Las Palmas with an uninterrupted view of the beach. We were on the 4th floor and this gave us an amazing view and spectacular sunsets whilst still having complete privacy on our balcony. There are a number of restaurants and bars nearby and just watching the comings and goings on the beach each made our holiday. Thank you
