The Don Pepe Apartment, located at Pedro Díaz 16, is at street level and offers a cozy and functional space. This flat is divided into three rooms:
Room with living room: The main room has a bed, a sofa-bed for two people (140 cm wide) and a dining table for four people. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy moments with family or friends.
Separate kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner induction hob, a microwave and a small fridge. Here you will be able to prepare your favourite meals in a comfortable and practical way.
Private bathroom: The flat includes a bathroom with a walk-in shower, guaranteeing privacy and comfort for guests.
In addition, one of the highlights of this flat is its direct access to the central covered patio (communal) from the kitchen, where you can enjoy its stone walls, sunlight, high ceilings, which provides a feeling of spaciousness and beauty while cooking.
The flat has two large windows with fixed, translucent glass panes, but unfortunately they cannot be opened to the outside. This feature provides an abundance of brightness in the room, but at the same time limits optimal ventilation.
With an antique wooden ceiling and matching ceramic floor, it creates a charming bohemian atmosphere that transports you back to the era in which the house was built.
In addition, in the common areas you will have access to a laundry area equipped with a washing machine. On the other hand, you will be able to enjoy a solarium located on the highest floor of the building. This open-air space will allow you to relax and enjoy panoramic views while sunbathing.
