DO NOT RESERVE - IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!
It was a horrible experience. The whole thing was a scam. This guy, Alex, posted a property that he does not manage and when we showed up there was no reservation. The managers of the property where dumbfounded as they weren't expecting us and we were stranded with our two daughters. We called the listing agent (Axel) and he played dumb saying that he canceled the reservation two months ago, a complete lie as our reservation was active and even we were receiving messages about our check in. We had to stay cramped on a hotel room as the entire town was booked for the holidays. It was a very, very bad situation. On top of it HOTELS.COM doesn't even have a phone number to call in and everything is via chat. I spend HOURS trying to get my refund which I still don't have. I have nothing to say about this. Very traumatic and bad expereince
