The "Casita Alégria" has a neat decoration, and is located in a very quiet environment while being close to the village and beaches. Food shops are 50 meters away
It will bring you the modern comfort, while respecting the exoticism of the Dominican Republic.
Large private pool with outside shower, surrounded by a lush garden and an own vegetation in the Caribbean.
It has its own sheltered parking, electric gates with automatic opening and closing electronic control, an alarm system and video surveillance.
It is the only rental in the property, so you will share the pool as well as the garden only with the owner.
In case of power failure, 8 batteries take over.
Hot water supply, INAPA connection, treated city water.
Regarding the protection against mosquitoes, we regularly treat the garden with a repellent special anti mosquito, and we are very demanding about it, living there ourselves all year.
The property was not built on marshland and there are no rivers nearby.
Windows with shutters in wood shutters
All windows have their mosquito net.
