This was by far the most horrific hotel experience I have ever had. The customer service was absolutely atrocious, and the conditions were beyond unacceptable. The elevated rooms, which were advertised as luxurious with in-room air purifiers for cannabis use, were a complete scam. Instead, they turned out to be nothing more than dirty, outdated smoking rooms that reeked of cigarette odor, leaving my clothes, hair, and body smelling disgusting. The so-called air purifier looked like it was from the 1980s and didn’t even work. To make matters worse, we were greeted with a dirty towel on the floor and no hot water in the shower after a long day of travel. The app for ordering room service didn’t function, and the menu items looked unappetizing online with ridiculously high prices. When I went to the front desk to complain, they refused to refund my stay or offer any meaningful compensation. Instead, they moved me to another “smoking room,” which was just as disgusting—complete with a dirty bandage on the floor, a dirty ashtray, and a broken heater that fell to the ground when I tried to adjust it. At 1 AM, the front desk offered to send a technician, but I was too exhausted to deal with it by that point. The lack of care, cleanliness, and basic functionality at this hotel is staggering. The staff showed no remorse, offered no compensation, and provided an experience that was utterly intolerable. Avoid this place at all costs—do NOT stay here under any circumstan

The property had a lewd event that made a lot of noise for a good part of the night. There was no prior knowledge of this posted by Expedia or the property. The property had a very funny smell. The room was so noisy between the lewd event and the noise from my room being by the highway. The front desk person was the worst, she refused to change my room after my noise complaint, stating she had free rooms but can’t change mine because she wanted to make sure no one was taking it. She said my only option was to upgrade and pay more for suite. Security was an issues, the hotel was using club type bouncers as security. I contacted Expedia customer service to attempt to cancel and get a refund. A complete waste of time as no tangible help was offered. In total this establishment is just the terrible and the absolute worst. If there was something less than zero stars, I would put it.

Before booking I called and property “read” the fees they had. Time of check in ended up paying $150 extra in fees for parking lot, club, pool, “water bottles in the room”. (They were actually $10/ water bottle) and spa. (Spa was still under construction).

Great stay! Loved that it was 21 and over. The pool parties were so loud but it’s also Vegas so you get the vibes. Location literally minutes from the strip.

Overall decent
Over all it was a good place to sleep. The room was a little dirty i found part of a used eyelash clump on the bathroom floor, and there were some random long black hairs on the ground. The floor was uneven in some spots so as someone who trips alot it wasnt the best. The walls arent well insulated so you could hear everyone going up and down the halls. The staff was super nice and friendly and the hotel did not smell like cigarettes like most hotels in vegas. Even though there were some issues my family would stay here again.

The staff seemed to always be busy. When we arrived at the time for check-in, our room wasn't ready. They were still cleaning it out, and it was around 3:30 pm. We waited for about 30 minutes. At the time to check out, no one could be found in guest services. Even the security was looking for the front desk personnel. Yes, it was a little noisy at night due to the club downstairs. Other than that, it was okay for a one-night stay. And also the waters that they provide in the rooms is extra for a Ridiculous charge of $10 dollars a bottle

This hotel feels sketchy and is located off the strip. It used to have a good reputation when it was called The Artisan, but since the rebranding, it’s gone downhill. The quality has significantly dropped, and it’s definitely not what it used to be. I wouldn’t recommend staying here especially when Vegas has so many more economical options off the strip.

Small hotel. Pictures are nicer than the hotel. Seemed cool pulling in but when you actually step into the elevator, the rest was downhill. The floor numbers are literally taped to the elevators. The rooms had no lamps, just sterile overhead lights. Old, but with a bandaid over it.

Pros-comfortable bed, friendly staff, bar tender was friendly, clean room Cons-Our bed had 3 sets of sheets, no blankets and the hotel doesn’t provide any blankets, our toilet leaked water, there wasn’t a full shower door (only half). Biggest con was the noise- we could hear club music until 3-4am and could hear people walking around upstairs
