This was by far the most horrific hotel experience I have ever had. The customer service was absolutely atrocious, and the conditions were beyond unacceptable. The elevated rooms, which were advertised as luxurious with in-room air purifiers for cannabis use, were a complete scam. Instead, they turned out to be nothing more than dirty, outdated smoking rooms that reeked of cigarette odor, leaving my clothes, hair, and body smelling disgusting.
The so-called air purifier looked like it was from the 1980s and didn’t even work. To make matters worse, we were greeted with a dirty towel on the floor and no hot water in the shower after a long day of travel. The app for ordering room service didn’t function, and the menu items looked unappetizing online with ridiculously high prices.
When I went to the front desk to complain, they refused to refund my stay or offer any meaningful compensation. Instead, they moved me to another “smoking room,” which was just as disgusting—complete with a dirty bandage on the floor, a dirty ashtray, and a broken heater that fell to the ground when I tried to adjust it. At 1 AM, the front desk offered to send a technician, but I was too exhausted to deal with it by that point.
The lack of care, cleanliness, and basic functionality at this hotel is staggering. The staff showed no remorse, offered no compensation, and provided an experience that was utterly intolerable. Avoid this place at all costs—do NOT stay here under any circumstan
