I would never stay here again. I thought Wyndham brand would mean it was a good place to stay. I know it's a budget friendly hotel, but I expected clean. The sheets were very worn and stained, the carpet was stained, the walls were beat up with dings and scuffs. The bathroom door had large stains on it. The room was just gross.

The front desk is a nice lady.She gave us a room in the first floor but it’s dirty and stink. I told her about it and she upgrade us to the room in the second floor. The room was okay but the bed sheets and the towels are old and look dirty

We arrived the elevator is broken ok no problem. Staff wonderful. Get to room it’s got trash in room, not clean. Called desk they switched rooms. We get to the other room and later after settled look under sink and found moldy cookies. There was no hand towels. The staff was excellent and helped with every request however they did not clean rooms very well. The tiles were broken in bathroom. We checked in late then after the move etc.. it was very late. Do not disturb on door. The housekeepers the next morning are yelling at each other down the hall on what they need or wanted. So it was supposed to be restful weekend and we are now going home to get some rest

The property looks nice online but when we got there elevator was out of service, the washing room was out of service, the ice machine on the 2nd floor didn’t work, it took the shower 10 mins to get hot and the bathroom sink sprayed water all on my clothes when I turned it on to wash my hands. It was a holiday weekend so at this point all the other hotels were over priced and we didn’t have a choice but to stay or spend an additional $600 to go somewhere else.

This is a place that is what you make of it. The King room with sofa is very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly. I personally prefer this area away from the strip. My concerns include the awful state of the room I was given on my first night (this was remedied). The laundry room was unavailable. The thermostat in the gym was broken (no air when outside temperature > 100F, 92 in the gym). In sum, the interior is in need of repair. Gave 4 stars for help with room issue, friendly staff, parking, and location combined with good price for my stay (Expedia member discount).

Clean and friendly but…
Everything was very clean. Everyone was super nice. However: The ice machine on our floor was not operating. They were not able to provide any extra pillows. We did get extra towels. We had to wake up at 4 am to catch a plane and unfortunately we could hear drilling noises above us until 10 pm The breakfast room had only one waffle maker and a line of ten people waiting to use it. The sausage patties were dripping with grease. And we weren’t sure if those were white egg patties or white pancakes. Fortunately IHOP was just 1/4 mile away.
