Maintenance work on the property's elevators will take place until December 31, 2025. During this time, guests may experience some longer waiting time for the elevators and some noises from the maintenance work.
The Manor King and Manor Double Queen room types are located in 5 buildings a half-block away from the hotel lobby and casino. Bed type is based upon availability for these rooms and will be assigned at check-in.

This establishment is so sad. No circus shows except on weekends. No buffet except on weekends. Half the businesses are closed. The hot tub is closed "for repairs". The staff just look sad. Very bad. I attempted to contact travelocity to request cancelling and booking a different hotel but travelocity has no way to contact them. Just a really bad scene all around.

I knew that it wasn't top Hotel in the area, but my experience was worse than I can imagine. To begin with my hotel room: shampoo bottle in my shower was empty. It took multiple calls to the reception desk and several days, before it was refiled. In my 5 days of stay my room wasn't cleaned even once. There was garbage outside of my building floor that wasn't removed for several days. Old carpet and wallpaper that were torn in multiple places. The bed was uncomfortable and skewed on one side.

The beds were comfortable. We were first taken to and person who sold us on cheaper tickets to a show in exchange for a time at a different hotel for feedback. Then the check in kiosk was not working. The lobby was over crowded. I booked the stay months in advance but our room was in building off the main property a block away. The roo. Has no codfee maker or a fridge. Housekeeping is once every 3 as said by the person answering the phone. Our room was never cleaned and we stayed 4 nights. We called guest service 3 times. Twice no one answered. The remote was broken. Mold in the bathroom. The wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling and the carpet is stained. It was supposed to be a non smokoing room but has a stink of cigarettes. And a bunch of other stuff.
