Maintenance work on the property's elevators will take place until December 31, 2025. During this time, guests may experience some longer waiting time for the elevators and some noises from the maintenance work.
The Manor King and Manor Double Queen room types are located in 5 buildings a half-block away from the hotel lobby and casino. Bed type is based upon availability for these rooms and will be assigned at check-in.

I knew that it wasn't top Hotel in the area, but my experience was worse than I can imagine. To begin with my hotel room: shampoo bottle in my shower was empty. It took multiple calls to the reception desk and several days, before it was refiled. In my 5 days of stay my room wasn't cleaned even once. There was garbage outside of my building floor that wasn't removed for several days. Old carpet and wallpaper that were torn in multiple places. The bed was uncomfortable and skewed on one side.

The beds were comfortable. We were first taken to and person who sold us on cheaper tickets to a show in exchange for a time at a different hotel for feedback. Then the check in kiosk was not working. The lobby was over crowded. I booked the stay months in advance but our room was in building off the main property a block away. The roo. Has no codfee maker or a fridge. Housekeeping is once every 3 as said by the person answering the phone. Our room was never cleaned and we stayed 4 nights. We called guest service 3 times. Twice no one answered. The remote was broken. Mold in the bathroom. The wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling and the carpet is stained. It was supposed to be a non smokoing room but has a stink of cigarettes. And a bunch of other stuff.

Circus Circus has a nice low entry price, then of course they tack on the ridiculous resort fee like all the hotels, but then when I checked in, they put me in a trashy room that’s a ten minute walk from the main hotel. But at check-in, they tell you it’s a terrible room, and try to up sale you to a better room in the tower. They give you a chance to go look at the assigned room, then come back, and upgrade for a charge. That is bait and switch, which is illegal. Mother is as it appears. Buyer beware!!!

Price was good, but of the 2 rooms we booked, one was quite dilapidated. Stagnant water in the bathtub draining very slowly, moldy caulking, scale deposits on bathtub faucet, water stains on ceiling, sink faucet difficult to operate, dated/peeling wall paper in the room, dirty and faded furniture upholstery, sharp nail/staple poking out of chair upholstery.
