We were given our original room choice (which we paid extra for) and upon entering, the room was not clean. We were given another room it was clean but it was a standard double queen not what we paid for. The room was ok but not what we paid for with our reservation. We talked to another guest who had the same issue we did. Disappointing

Traveling with dogs.
Traveling with two dogs so we got a pet friendly room of course. Smelled badly of dogs. Not urine just dirty dog. Locks on adjoining room broken. Had something wedged holding it. Bed and pillows very comfortable for us. Was ok but not great.

Hotel is right off I-25 and in a convienant location next to Maverick gas station. Didn't care for the cigarette smell that lingered in the hallway of the hotel. Hotel needs to reinforce smokers to smoke 25 ft. from the building. Overall it was a good stay and is pet friendly! :)

Rooms and halls are all decrepit; need paint and cleaning. Room door sticks and doesnt fit properly into jamb. Shower falling apart. No blow dryer and, when we asked front desk, they told us they couldn't get one from another vacant room, but could move us to a vacant room; couldnt take them up on that because i needed an accessible room, and this was only available.
