quiet little condo
This was a great little place to stay in for a quick trip. Had pretty much everything we needed. The only complaint is the mattresses are not comfortable. Would definitely stay again

Convenient and reasonable.
Overall a convenient location and good choice for those who will be spending most of their time away. The apartment has been renovated and shows some age, however makes a pleasant stay and is a quality option if you’re in the area.

We enjoyed the condo. It was clean and a short drive to the strip. The neighborhood was quiet and it was nice to go back there after the busy days at the strip. We would recommend this condo and our host wasokikind.kind.a.accomodating.

Hoops in Vegas.
My son and I came into town very last minute for a basketball tournament and was able to book very last minute, and even check in day early via communication. The apartment is just as described, and is in great location. Should we be back, I will stay here again.

For the most part, everything was okay. But one of the beds was HORRIBLE. You could feel the springs when laying down. MATTRESS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. I did not sleep well at all. The pool and hot tub area was closed. We didn’t find out until our second day there. And it’s Vegas… we needed a pool. I would not stay here again

Exceptionally Nice Apartment
We were impressed with the spaciousness - having a comfortable living room and kitchen made this an enjoyable stay. The area is quiet. We were attending EDC. At first, I was concerned we might be too far away from the raceway, but rideshares were not expensive. It worked out very well. Definitely recommended.

Wonderful host!
We stayed here for three nights while on a trip to visit family and hike in the surrounding area. The apartment was clean, quiet, spacious, affordable, and had everything we needed, and the host is wonderful - responds promptly and is very helpful. The property is located in an older neighborhood away from the Strip, and it’s a great place to stay if you want to be close to everything without being in the middle of the Las Vegas scene. The only reason for my 8/10 rating is that the property would benefit from a few easy updates, which I have suggested to the host. We really enjoyed our time in Las Vegas, and I would stay here again.

Clean and pleasant. Could use some more kitchen utensils for cooking ex: kettle larger frying pan measuring cup and spoons. Basic condiments Fridge was leaking water inside but kept everything cold anyway.

This home was nice. The pictures are accurate and the location felt safe. The inside is a bit run down and needs a good deep clean (walls were marked up, floors were dusty, sofa had a few stains) but it worked fine for my son and I when we stayed here for his soccer tournament. The inside is very spacious and the beds were comfortable. I did have to unplug the room fresheners and air out the home. I am not a fan of the artificial smell and it was overwhelming when we first walked in. By the next day, once it aired out, the home smelled fine. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend for a family who needed to stay in Vegas but didn’t want to be on the strip. This home is in a quiet neighborhood but 10-15 minute drive to the casinos.

Great Location
This location is convenient to stores & restaurants. My only slightly negative comment would be that the windows have very thin/see through curtains and the kitchen does not have any window coverings. That's just a personal preference. I appreciated how easy it was to get in and out, along with the brightly lit path from the parking area to the unit. I would stay here again.
