Perfect location and stay for mom and daughter trip
Loved how clean and girly everything was. The bed was super comfy too. Although we only used the fridge in the kitchen, it seemed to be pretty well stocked. This was a converted garage so there is a step up and another down to get in. Plus 2 steps to reach the bathroom. Didn’t bother us at all but figured it was worth a mention. We felt safe in the area and the host was great with communication. The street is quiet at night and there are tons of great stores and restaurants near by. Try Angie’s Lobster & Saint Honore for doughnuts. You won’t be disappointed! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Vegas in the spring.

Perfect
This was a perfect place to stay. Away from the strip in a quiet neighborhood. Easy entrance, clean, basic utensils, overall great place. Perfect for anyone not wanting anything to do with the strip (which we didn’t) If you do want the strip, it’s not far, you will need Uber/Lyft or your own car. Fantastic parking right outside of the property. Loved walking in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy Garage Remodel
We rented this place for Thanksgiving week for 3 Days. Asked the manager if there were any steps in the unit, he reassured that there no steps. We rented it that day. Later in the week we had an appointment in Las Vegas and needed to stay overnight the Friday before Labor Day weekend, it so happened that it was available for the one night. We rented it that day. It was a very clean place to stay. The entry threshold was about 6 inches higher than the ground outside and you had to step down into the place. Thats when we discovered it was a garage remodel. The Bathroom doorway was very narrow and there were 2 steps to get into the bathroom. Being that it was late when we arrived, we had no choice but stay for the night. My wife and I are both in our 80's, it was not fun going to the bathroom in the dark when sleeping. I tripped twice going to the bathroom in the night, luckily i fell onto the bed (cozy). Also, being a remodel, I would think there would be a smoke detector in the area, there was none. I canceled the Thanksgiving rental. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place.

A quaint economical stay away from the strip
Property manager was wonderful with communication and helping us with various needs, a wonderful host!! You’re about 15 minutes from strip (Ubers and Lyft are easy to find); a very pleasant stay!

Nightmare host
I booked a trip to Vegas to visit my partner who is stationed at the AFB before they get deployed. I booked the trip a month in advance and was so thrilled to be seeing my partner. On the date of my flight 7/19/24 I wake up to news of a global outage due to crowdstrike which impacted all airlines and companies using HP products and services. My flight was subsequently canceled with no option to rebook, and all other airlines were experiencing similar issues. In reaching out to the airline and my rental car company they were beyond understanding and quick to reimburse my reservation, but this woman was so heartless. She asked me to “cancel on my end so she could re-post”, which isn’t even possible as it was the day of. When I let her know her response was “just book another flight” and that “she wouldn’t be refunding me anything because it’s a business” mind you, the cleaning fee is tacked into the total cost so even a partial would have been better than nothing. I sent her proof of the circumstances and gave her ample opportunity to do the right thing, I was obviously already devastated I couldn’t see my partner, but now she was taking my money without considering the circumstances and leaving me to jump through hoops when she could have just done the honest thing and refunded me. Vrbo even attempted to reach her for reimbursement which she refused. Awful. In addition, this is not a “studio” it’s the woman’s “insulated garage” so the place isn’t even what you would expect.
