Good location
Check in was quick easy, the "welcome packet" they try to offer at the other counter is just a time share presentation, so just politely say no thanks & move on. 1 bedroom suite was roomy & had everything we needed. A short walk to the strip too.

Property is overall good and away from the strip. They try to sell timeshare but you can decline it and no pressure. Stayed in a Nice 2 bedroom with kitchen room. Kids have pool table , table tennis options . Only complaint was some times we get the weed smell near the room which was not great.

Fine for the price
For the price, it was a nice enough place. Don’t get caught up in the sales pitch for a timeshare and you’ll be fine. Otherwise the staff was efficient and friendly. Our place was dated but clean and the bed was good.

Dusty room,
The room was dusty, The cabinets was dusty, the kit hen floor had small particles of food on the floor. I made the best of my stay, The staff seem friendly, but when you need something for your room. I called the desk and was told I have to go to the front desk to get what I needed. Like coffe for the coffe pot, and sugar and creamer for the coffee. There wasn't any room service, If you need clean sheets and towels they will have someone bring it to your door.

We stayed for (4) nights and used Uber/Lyft to get around town. Very close to the airport, pool and hot tub were very nice. The unit itself is pretty basic (if you're use to RCI) but had everything we needed.

Love the two bedrooms we had the living room with couch n tv n small kitchen with everything in it . The pool was great too!
