The non-smoking room had a faint smoke smell. Despite being a block away, the noise in the room from Fremont Street was very loud until at least midnight. There was no coffee maker in the room and the hotel would not provide one because they said we were not in the right tower. When we booked through Travelocity, we were told the property would charge an extra $39 per night in fees, but we were not told about the extra $5.07 per night in occupancy taxes. The elevator in the parking lot did not work and the stairs went past a large pile of trash.

The hotel was pretty nice but when we got to our room, there was still trash in the room from the last guests and stains on the wall and desk that looked like someone spilled something and it was never cleaned up. We were not informed that we needed to request turn down service at the front desk every day so it was a surprise coming to our room at the end of the day and not seeing fresh sheets and towels. We requested more towels and water bottles and the housekeeper that came was very rude and shoved them to me and did not provide all the water bottles I requested. I would maybe try the hotel again because the location was great but I’m reluctant due to the service.

Paid a 130 dollar resort fee for the exercise room I never used and 2 bottles of water. Thats a joke Also they never offfered to clean the room and replace towels and water. No fridge or coffee pot. I had to call 5 times to get towels I stayed 3 nights It has gone downhill slowly over the last 10 years

Everything was really nice and the check in was a breeze with the new tablet system. Just one thing was not good and was that our toilet was not flushing and no shower curtain and the floor was really slippery when wet. Other than that everything was good.

Perfect spot to explore Fremont street. We ate at the Freedom restaurant and it was much better than anticipated. The room was bigger than expected but the beds were not the most comfortable. The pool area was well kept and the actual hotel smelled nice. The casino was fun and not overwhelming for someone new to that scene.

Overall, staying at this hotel was convenient and comfortable. The shower was a bit dirty especially the shower head and the shower floor was very slippery. That would be my only complain, that the hotel could've been cleaner.
