Great staff, clean, comfortable.
Great staff, helpful and friendly. Comfortable and clean room. Unfortunately the guests upstairs above me were pounding on your floor for hours, and teenagers were loud in the hallway. Certainly not the hotel’s fault though, and I would stay there again.

They do just enough to get you in the door then you are nothing more than a piece of currency who stays in a room. They did not clean one of the rooms one of the days and left all the trash. On 2 separate occasions our keys for both both rooms needed to be exchanged for new ones and both times the new keys didn't work, oddly enough the same lady made the keys. Also if the batteries die on the door locks, you are pretty much locked in or out of your room. Here's the big one for me.... We came back one day to our door being left open and were told the manager would look at the video to see what may or may not have have happened. Not a fan of my families items being unsecured the entire day especially in Vegas. We were ignored and just given excuses like the manager isn't here, he is off, and no one has looked at the footage yet. Sorry but if security isn't a hotels top priority for it's guests then they shouldn't be operating Period. Oh and for everyone who reads this, THEY HAVE COMPLIMENTARY WATER BOTTLES at the front desk!! Just ask. They don't advertise it anywhere and are not on the counter. I guess it is easier to not say anything and hide them for that extra money. If you like to feel and be secure, enjoy clean rooms, not have to deal with the hassle of getting new keys all the time, and sleep on a comfortable mattress then let me tell you that this is not the place for you and your family. Safe to assume we will never stay at this hotel again.
