Thank you for understanding. All guests must agree to follow city ordinance & house rules as disclosed prior to booking off the property.
1. NO parties of Any Kind Due to city ordinance.
2. NO Fireworks of Any Kind are allowed.
3. NO Disturbing Noises of Any Kind, this includes use of microphones and speakers for singing, especially after 10:00 pm and before 8:00 am.
4. NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS! If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, then you will be reported to the Channel you booked under and required to leave the property immediately without refund.
5. Must follow Guest count max rules according to the listing description.
6. Pets are not allowed - Bringing an unauthorized pet will incur in up to $1,000 fine plus damages

Clean, comfy space in great location
As the title says, this place was great! Exactly as pictured. We cooked one simple meal in the kitchen, used the coffee maker, tv and of course couches and beds. Very comfy living room couch and plenty of natural light. The place was quiet - didn’t hear *any* neighbors or street noise. The bedroom mattresses are very firm. If that’s your thing you’ll love them (not my thing). Overall worth the money.

Very clean or orderly. The beds were nice. Very responsive host. Very easy check in and checkout. Great location for our planned activities. Good neighborhood with some parks and running trails nearby. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Easy communication with host (except that the wifi password was garbled...but he helped solve the problem). Clean and comfortable. Might I suggest a pole lamp for people who want to read? The overhead lights are very bright!

Lovely home
The property is clean and spacious. There are games available that our grandson really enjoyed. The kitchen is well equipped and the snacks and coffee were much appreciated. We would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again.
