Hotels.com Fail
The hotel staff was wonderful, however, it was Hotels.com that failed. Hotels.com did not provide adequate payment information to the hotel. I was required to contact Hotels.com to begin resolving the payment issue. This led to a 30-45 minute check in. This was both embarrassing and inconvenient.

Downgraded to lesser room and charged for higher
Booked a 3 bed suite after driving for 13 hours to move the family across country with a 6 week old puppy. Went to check in and was told we couldn't have that room due to no pets in that room so they downgraded us to a smaller room for about a $100 less and said they would adjust the cost. Well they kept the original amount and act like it's the $50 pet deposit that was the issue while ignoring the fact I was overcharged.

There is no buffer for noise in this hotel. I could hear everything, which sounded like monkeys jumping around above and around me and people slamming things around in their room. I had to get me own towels one day when I came back and found all my towels missing in my room. There was flooding in part of the parking lot thay was unpacked due to a storm the night before. Bathroom by the pool was filthy.

Not terrific. Had to get another room due to bugs in the bed. Staff was quick to respond, however. The new room had a pet urine smell, but bug free. For the price, I expect better.
