We had problems with the toilet and flushing it. Also, the toilet was running water off and on all night because the tank was leaking and it had to keep refilling. The first time was at 11 a.m. at night and there was no maintenance on premises. We had to wait until the morning.

Stayed here because it’s walking distance to Allegiant Stadium. Very convenient for this. A bit far if your plans are on the strip. Rooms were nice but the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. TV constantly pixelated or sound went out. Breakfast was nice but the coffee and cinnamon rolls ran out and had to ask to refill. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Customer service was great we were able to check into our room a little early around 1pm. Some of the amenities were not available- no laundry bag for clothes, no shower mat, and a few towels were slighty dirty. Everything else was great

Great place for a raiders game
Great spot if going to a raiders game. It’s walking distance to the arena and in n out. Place was very busy but the staff responded promptly to our request for more blankets and sheets for the pull out couch bed in our suite. Beds were comfy. Ac worked great (thank goodness), kids liked the pool, and breakfast was great. Our shower was gross - had pink mildew in it and it didn’t look like it had really been cleaned. I didn’t request they come up and clean it bc I had the sense they were understaffed as I heard a bit of scuffle between house cleaners. Everything else was great. We chose holiday in bc they had a suite room available for our family of 6. We would definitely stay again, unless we win the lottery in which case we will go stay at the Wynn.
