We have stayed here multiple times. It’s very adequate and comfortable rooms are quite dated and need some sprucing up and pillows are super hard but we slept well and it was quiet.

The hotel room was very outdated and it took 3 tries to find a room due to issues. The lobby and casino area were nice. Food choices were very limited, especially if you have kids with you. The staff were so kind and friendly! They are the best part of the hotel and casinos!

We really liked this place. The only issues we had is we asked for towels and toilet paper and they never brought them. Also there was not much food options

Check in was great, room was large and clean. If this was just a hotel stay, I’d give 4-5 stars. Unfortunately, it is also a casino. Immediately after arriving, my wife and I were walking the grounds, looking at the different places to eat. We were met in each place with an offer for a complimentary beverage as long as we were gambling. Eventually after the 3rd offer we accepted while playing pool. The bartender came over to us in the middle of our game and scolded us for not gambling with the comped beverages. I tried to explain that we had 1 dollar left in tokens and as soon as we finished our game of pool we planned on gambling, however I couldn’t explain because she turned her back to me and would not acknowledge that I was talking to her. Fast forward 25 minutes, my wife and I are on a slot machine gambling when 2 security guards approach us about the one comped drink and again let us know that we needed to be gambling to drink. Let me remind you, we were at the slots gambling when we were told this. My wife was very embarrassed and went to our room, didn’t come back out for dinner or anything else until we checked out the next day. We were there on our anniversary trip and it made for a pretty bad experience.

Spacious King room with nice soft bed. Very clean and great location for spending the day at Lake Mead. We have no complaints but we are easy to please. Any day at the lake is amazing! (FYI, the hot tub was not hot but the pool and hot tub were very clean) 8/14/24. The tiny fridge/small freezer came in handy for our picnic leftovers. I look forward to coming back here!!

Good Value if you don't need 1st class
Only family restaurant permanently closed,had to go off site to eat, if you wanted anything outside of pre packaged food. 5 plus miles away. Staff excellent! Biggest issue SMOKING in MAIN ENTRANCE LOBBY!!! Quiet facility. Pool doesn't open till 0800, no early morning swimming. Stay here often, serves my purpose. General store needs to pay more attention to stock guest may need (toiletries). General store needs to be more consistent with coffee,creamer and cup services.

There is nothing but "bar food" and it all microwaved. No actual restaurants anywhere in the hotel. Nachos, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, egg rolls, beans & rice, breakfast...all of it microwaved. Rooms do not have coffee pots so they give you a voucher for a small free cup at the general store except they don't have small cups. So the charge you the difference between the med/large and the small. No ice machines on the floors or even in the general store. The front desk would give you a small bag except it was frozen solid and unusable. We had 2 pillows on our bed, they were totally flat. Requested 3 more pillows also flat but made it a little easier to sleep. Really excited to get into the pool. That is until we discovered they must have filled it with ice water. Had to get into the hot tub to warm up. It was 105 most of the time we stayed at the hotel and the pool was always ice cold. The filters in the air-conditioned are super dirty and apparently have not been changed in a while. It is a lot of little things that add up to a unhappy stay.

Started at hoover dam lodge for the dam and west rim 2 days amazing. Helicopter ride to the bottom of the canyon and boat ride on the colorado. Also did the skywalk Then we drove over to the south rim. So far amazing vacation
