Everything was perfect. Nice shower, clean room and good service. Oh, I love the breakfast. Quick and easy. The only thing that I didn’t get a chance to use was the pool. I was told that the pool opens at 9am. However, I waited until 9:30am and it wasn’t ready.

We are a family of 6 and we stayed here for our first visit to Vegas. The Staff were great and very welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic and great to start the day. Situated under the flight path but we were so worn out from the day time activities none of us had trouble sleeping.

The property is old. First room we had i was scared there maybe bed bugs. Beds and pillows are not comfortable. Carpet was gross. The hotel and room smelled of sewage/gas. Noise from the airport is loud. Construction across the street. While our second stay was better, the hotel and room still smelled and there was a huge spider right outside our room. Layout in the room is weird. Boxed eggs for breakfast were aweful. Not what I expect of a Hyatt especially for the price.
