This highly rated custom built 3400 sq ft single level private home, with 5 star amenities, 5 bedrooms with two masters incl 900 sq ft guest house, and 4 bath, sleeps 13 comfortably in beds with total of 10 beds. All included.

Conveniently located close to everything! Just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip ($15-20 Uber Ride), Summerlin, Red Rock Canyon and Casino, Tivoli Village, Boca Park, Golf Courses (Canyon Gate 6 min, Angel Park 8 min, TPC Summerlin 10 min), Convention Center and many more. Walking distance to Starbucks, restaurants, etc. Large privately gated half acre property offers great privacy in resort setting and a half basketball court.

Private Pool, Hot tub, rock water fall and slide, putting green, basketball, shuffle board, play structure, outdoor chess set, poker table and private pickle ball, privately gated on circular driveway.

This gorgeous 3500 Sq. ft. home features, Italian leather sofas with recliners, memory foam mattresses, and tile throughout. Master bedrooms are both very large and private, perfect for sharing amongst family or colleagues. This home was built and remodelled by owners who lived in the property for several years before moving out, and so all furnishings and upgrades are owner level higher end, not rental. Amazing property!

This is one of the best properties available for playing and staying. The pool, hot tub, outdoor games and outdoor kitchen were perfect. The inside is just as amazing for having a large group of people together. It's a comfortable and spacious home. All communications with the owners and property manager was efficient. Thank you for our wonderful weekend!

Great property for family

Great property for large groups. We had 10 people and with the pool house that sleeps 6 it was fantastic. Pool and hottub were great and the kids and adults enjoyed them. Lots of amenities such as basketball, pickle ball, corn hole and putting green.

Great stay, lots to do!

This house has everything. Plenty of room and lots of activities for both kids and adults. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, the beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We played Pickleball, cornhole, ping-pong, shot some hoops, played at the poker table, swam in the pool and spent time just relaxing by the pool. Nice location. I would highly recommend this house if you’re looking for a great time in Las Vegas!

Beautiful Property, Accommodating Hosts

I stayed with a group of friends for a Thurs-Sun weekend getaway. Beautiful property. Check in process was very smooth. Property manager came out to show us around and walk through the basics like starting the hot tub and opening the gates. The place had the cooking essentials (pots/pans/utensils, coffee maker, some seasonings/oil, toaster oven, etc), and plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Basketball court got plenty of use. Could use a new net but that doest stop you from enjoying it. The pickleball court has a fence right at the baseline on one side, so you wont be able to really play hard games. Perfect for causal/social playing. Typical sound ordinance rules apply. 10PM - 7AM quiet hours outside. If you're respectful of the noise levels and neighbors, you shouldn't have an issue during the day time. Overall awesome property to stay at

A wonderful stay

The house is amazing i wish it was warmer so we could have enjoyed the out door amenities. The cold didnt stop the kids from playing pickle ball. The house all and all was great. Only knocks i have are the small things. Labeling all the remotes would be a good idea marking sure the batteries are working in them. Only one of the gate openers worked. And the door that goes to the back yard from the living room. Sticks and it was very difficult for the kids to open the door. But like i said before all just little things wr absolutely loved our stay and are considering staying with you again.. it is just what our family needed away from the hustle bustle of the strip. Perfect Large Group Getaway

We had 12 people in our group and there was plenty of space!!!! We loved the separate pool house because it allowed the people that wanted to stay up late and hang out the ability to and anyone who wanted to sleep could be in the main house. There’s also so much to do on property that we didn’t want to leave most of the time! The pickleball court was a great addition. The heated Spa and pool were amazing late night as well. You can’t go wrong with this place! Hosts were kind and responsive. We would stay again! Thank you!

Great rental house for large groups

This house was a great find for our group of 11. We weren’t doing a ton of Vegas things and just wanted a big comfortable place to sprawl out and socialize for a few days. The kitchen, living room and outdoor spaces are huge and lovely. We spent most of each day rotating between pool, hot tub and fire pit. There was also a ton of fridge space if you’re going to hit Costco like us. Would rent this house again.

Great house for families

The house was as described, clean and perfect. It was a great setup for our family. The pool house was a great plus for us as it's where the older kids liked to hangout. Management was quick to reply to a couple questions we had. We would highly recommend this house for families.

Amazing house!

This is our families second stay at this amazing house! This house has everything needed for a fun vacation! Awesome pool, slide, outside games, beautiful outside cooking island and plenty of room to spread out. The owners are extremely responsive if there are any issues. John, the maintenance person, is amazing! So friendly and efficient! We will be back!

Amazing property

This is an amazing property that is better than the photos! The home is well furnished with quality appliances and memory foam mattresses. We enjoyed the seemly endless options for fun games, I think we tried them all! Pickleball is a nice set up that is lighted at night. Very nice outdoor grill that was clean and ready to go! I recommend this property!

I can’t express enough how much fun we had at this property. Aside from the fact it has everything a family needs to have fun, but the hosts were exemplary and the location was a short drive to the strip area. This is definitely going on the Top 3 list and we’re already planning a return trip bc there was so much activity left on the table. But the property was stellar. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Very Nice!

Very Nice property with tons of Amenities! Very clean. Gated property, home has been updated and it felt brand new inside. Pool was very nice and warm. This home sleeps 10 people comfortably without doubling up in beds. Only 10 mins from the strip. Lots of stores nearby to buy groceries and stuff. Seemed like a nice safe neighborhood. We stayed 3 nights and had no issues. Highly recommend!

Perfect for Grad Celebration...

The size, location, and available activities this home (and pool house) affords were perfect for celebrating our daughter's graduation. Plenty of room to spread out and something for everyone to do and enjoy. Pool was excellent! New pickle ball court was fun. The beds were comfortable. Covered, secure parking was a real plus. And the hosts were responsive to our needs. All made for a successful stay!

Excellent spot! Tricky pool and hot tub function

You won't get bored with all of the activities at the property. This is truly a unique property for Vegas! The settings for the pool and hot tub required more attention relative to other short term rental experiences.

Great for kids

We stayed at this property with two, three-year-olds and an eight month old baby. The yard was fully enclosed and the pool was gated so we felt comfortable having the kids run around. They had so much fun with the amenities, especially the playground. In total we had 5 adults and the 3 kids, and it was a perfect size. About 20 mins from the strip and major attractions. Easy to get an Uber. Host was very responsive! Definitely recommend for families.
