I had the deluxe two queen bed room with city view. Room and bathroom was clean and quiet. Hallways are not too long like some other hotels so getting to your room was easy. Bathroom shower was nice and spacious with bench if you need it.

Resort fee is expensive, for nothing. I asked what the resort fee was actually for. Television, telephone. None I used. Nice pool areas, but didn't get to enjoy it. Pool closes at six. Food is expensive. To feed one person it's $20 and more. Housekeeping never came to my room. I called customer service and they told me that I had to request room service. There is no room service. They keep the outside clean, but in my room, there were coffee stains. Quiet. Peaceful. Smelled good. Classy and elegant decor.

Treating your guests going to a security conference like criminals and harassing rooms with privacy cards with extra room inspections does not show me you really cared about my safety. It showed me you didn't want us there. So, I Will never stay at this place again.

It took 40 minutes for us to be checked in and by the time we checked in, they moved us from resorts world to the Conrad hotel. I did not receive any VIP perks!

It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, we arrived early at the hotel, and the front desk staff kindly helped us with early check-in. They also helped us choose a room above the 50th floor , which was quiet and offered a great night cityview. The air conditioning could be adjusted, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable and dry, without the feeling of dampness.Gym equipment is very new and advanced. Overall, the experience was excellent.
