This was my first stay and I did not enjoy it. I called the front desk because the shower floor was very slippery and I slipped inside so I asked if something could be done about it. They were supposed to bring a couple mats to put in there but never did. Also the dresser drawers had a sticky substance on them and the carpets smelled a little bad. They also never changed out the towels. I did not keep asking them to correct these things because I wasn’t staying long and did not want to spend my vacation arguing with the hotel staff. We just made the best of things while we were there.

The hotel was outdated and lacked ammenities. No washcloths in the room. No coffee pot. Carpet and wallpaper were worn.

This hotel is terribly outdated and showing wear. I had to ask for wash cloths, none provided, even after housekeeping had serviced the room. No coffee pot or mini fridge in the room. Musty smell in the hallways. Our last night, the plumbing started making loud gurgling noises in the middle of the night. Will not stay here again or recommend it to anyone who asks.

It was an OK place to stay. You will be clear at the South end of the strip so not convenient for walking to see lots of things unless you really want to log the miles. The room wasn't very clean, dirty floors, weird smells, etc. No fridge or microwave in the "upgraded" tower rooms, no coffee pot. The tower room was quiet overall but housekeeping starts at 9am with the vacuum...

They absolutely price gouge on everything they make everything a task like simple things like getting coffee or maybe having some pizza in your room and heating it up later. Everything forces you to pay more money they take the fun out of Vegas by bankrupting you on little things like food and parking I will never be back again we got so tired of it. We left a night early and got another hotel much more accommodating

The overall feel wasnt as congested as other casinos. It was open, spacious and staff was friendly. They were more than happy to assist or to be helpful. Rooms were spacious and I loved the pillows.

$45 Resort fee should be inclusive of parking especially since there are minimum included amenities available. Told no reserved King room available, come back to ask if I prefer to be near pool, casino, or parking, only to be given a room on the 5th floor that faces Las Vegas Blvd but with a large AC unit blocking any view. Also, self check out is not available midnight to 5 am, yet at the counter at 4 am there was no sense of urgency when we two groups, clearly needed to just check out. There was no sense of urgency by staff. We had 6 a.m. flights to catch!
