Someone placed a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door and my room was not cleaned one day. My "Do Not Disturb" sign was still inside my room - I am not sure if it was the housekeeping mistake or a prank. There should be an automated process (either by tv interface or phone interface to request room cleaning). In the mornings I would like to contact housekeeping that the room is available to clean/replace towels.

For me it was all about staying in a pyramid. I've wanted to stay here since I was a kid. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was not in great shape, minor repairs could be done. View was awesome, and we got to watch the sunrise.

I liked the pool and fitness area and the casino. The water pressure in the shower was great.Having the tram right there. Didn't like 3 outlets in the room didn't work trying to charge my phone and the TV was hard to use. Had go to menu click on my choice 3 times before it would work, sometimes I had to turn off and back on to make it work.

This is not a new and pristine property, be advised there is no refrigerator, microwave or coffee machine in the room. The rooms are clean, except I found the last visitors dirty sock in the bathroom.
