As I am older, I prefer not to use self check in. I was assisted at registration by Monica. She was a delight, the epitome of what customer service used to be. While working on our room, she asked what brought us to town and we told her we were celebrating out anniversary. Keys were made and we were on our way. We dropped our luggage and explored the property. Imagine our surprise when we returned to our room to find a large fruit basket with a note from Monica! We were impressed before this thoughtful gesture but now even more so. That said, our rooms were comfortable and clean with housekeeping there daily. Staff throughout the property were pleasant. We ate at several of the restaurants there and found all of them good, especially Toms prime rib sandwich. All in all a very pleasant stay

I had to walk down 27 flights of stairs at 12:15 at night, because of a false alarm fire evacuation. I am 89 and have multiple back problems; it was very painful and stressful. We ended up in the basement loading area. There was no one around to help. Eventually we ran into a security guard who didn't even know about it; and what to do with us.
