Nobu was great. A nice quiet retreat from the bustle of the Caesars Palace casino floor. Would have given 5s across the board, but our room phone cordless handset batter was dead and the hot water wasn’t quite as hot as required during the 2nd shower. I also ordered a few items to the hotel and there was no option to pick them up at the check in desk or have them delivered to the room.

We stayed at the most expensive hotel on the strip, and unfortunately, the service didn’t live up to expectations. Check-in went smoothly, but things quickly went downhill. The rooms were small and underwhelming. We tried calling for service and concierge multiple times, but no one ever answered. Instead, we were greeted by a message to call back later due to service being busy. We opted in for cleaning services, they arrived very late in the afternoon, just as we were trying to take a nap. The room was left dirty all day. The room has a K-cup maker but no coffee, creamer, or sugar provided. There was tea available in the lobby, but no sweetener, which was inconvenient. The worst part came when my fiancé spoke with the reception staff about the poor service. The receptionist acknowledged and he agreed with some of the issue and promised to secure us a reservation at Nobu, stating that he’d call us back shortly. However, after almost 2 hours of waiting for his call, we were left with trying to contact the concierge (again with no answer), we had to get up and go back down to the reception only to find out that he had forgotten about our reservation. For a hotel that cost nearly $2,000 for two nights, the lack of attention and poor service was disappointing and left us feeling frustrated.

Very nice boutique-like hotel within Caesars. I would go back, but would have liked more in-room amenities.

Great room, service-shame about the pool access
I arrived for check in before 4pm. I was able to store our bags until check in and was given a card for the pool. We then were able to check into our room which was beautiful. We would have given our stay a 5 for everything but there was a few thing's we didnt like. In the room there was a tray with drinks & snacks and also on there was a note to say if anything was lifted off the tray for more than 30 seconds it would be charged even if we didnt actually take anything. Also the note in the fridge that if you added anything in the fridge you would be charged $75 and your items removed. Also I was surprised and disappointed that there is no direct access to the pool. I had to get the elevator to the casino floor and then walk across 2 casino floors to get to the pool. I would have thought as a hotel guest there would be a direct lift to the pool. Walking across the casino floors in my bathing suit & cover up left me feeling exposed plus I had to walk through smoke which I didnt like. I understand smoking is allowed in casino's but if you're not going to the casino why do guests have to walk through smoky areas to get to the pool?. We're non smokers so you can smell it on your clothes, hair etc. I hope if we come again maybe this issue won't be the same.

Nobu is a name that is supposed to be a high end experience, it’s not bad, but it is not great. This property is a “Boutique” hotel within Cesar’s Palace in Las Vegas on the Strip. I upgraded to a Strip room costing more but I mostly could see the root of the casino, because it was the 76th floor! Actually they count the 2nd floor as 72, so 76th floor was actually the 5th floor. I don’t know why they did it like this but I suspect that it is to give a sense of grandeur , which is misleading. Short staff, 1 or 2 at the reception desk, if you are in a hurry it may take some time. When I arrived there was a guest complaining about a water leak in her room that went all night, because when they called the reception they said it could only be fixed in the morning!

Loved how quiet the hotel is. Check in was a breeze and the staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The virtual concierge text line was such a great tool for room services, I needed towels after getting back to our room at 2:00 AM and house keeping arrived with towels and extra toiletries in less than 15 mins. Everything was impeccably clean, the bed is the comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept in, the bathroom was huge with a great shower and vanity table for getting ready. Bonus: the toiletries smell heavenly and leave your hair and skin so soft. Overall an amazing stay!

Nobu is great because you get all the convenience of Caesars Palace and none of the crowd. Easy access to all the restaurants and casino, but a small easily accessed gym and coffee in the am. Will definitely book again.
