I was charged a resort fee even though pool wasn’t open. That should have been advertised online and we would have stayed at a different hotel. We also requested house keeping for room with front desk and returned to a dirty room.

First, the condition of the hotel is deplorable. Clogged sinks, broken fixtures, rust and mould & filthy common areas. This place should be shut down. We arrived at 12:30 but couldn’t check in early without a fee; even though the room was ready. The baggage storage area was under construction so we couldn’t even leave our bags and return to check in later. We had to pay another $30 to check in early, even after I mentioned that it was my Birthday, which would normally get perks, not penalties. $50 resort fee is a joke, especially with the pool closed for the season. Things like “safe deposit box” are part of why you pay hundreds of dollars for a hotel room. Obviously this is another money grab to justify charging your guests a resort fee at all. A $300 security deposit that may take 3 months (I get to pay bank interest on that, thanks!!!!!) is unheard of and un-explainable. I have the feeling we’re going to have to fight to get it back, as other reviewers have said that was the case in their experience. You obviously couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction or return business, so mission accomplished. We will never EVER be back, and will warn anyone we know about your hotel.

Would never stay again!!
The rooms were filthy. No hot water. Yellow rings around the tub. Tub and sink did not drain. Only 1 elevator was qorking and there was no button for the elevator on the floor so we had to find another way out using the emergency stairs and exit. Was very strange and unco.fortable going down dark creepy hallways to find our way out!

This place is a dump. We checked in got to our MOTEL room and nothing inside the room worked. Lights, air conditioning, etc… had to go get another room all but one elevator was broke, took us 20 min to get up to our room on the fourth floor. This place is junk trash. Stay somewhere else!

It’s simply okay. The pros were the staff. Everyone is friendly. The cons… well the rooms are dated (to be expected). No ESPN on the TV…. And the worst thing was only 1 elevator was working. I was lucky enough to be there Monday-Friday, but this will be a major issue for the weekend, as many more people were coming in.

I had stayed here before when it was hooters . It was somewhat better now the elevators do not work . Theirs nothing to eat or anywhere to buy snacks after 6pm. Only place open is for burgers steaks . Nothing else . Elevators don’t work ! Theirs a sign that says button does not work or turn light on when pressed but reassures you the elevator will come ? The receptionist didn’t tell me which way was my room and I was 1 hr early and they charged me an early check in fee ! I asked for a machine and they directed me to someone in the slots but I didn’t see no staff !
