Elevators, only one of five worked . Bathroom was not clean, mold and ring around the tub, the pump containers in shower were empty, took a while to find warm with the separate hot and cold water faucet. Parking is a 3rd party beware if you state 48 hours when you arrive and leave, you need to pay again if you leave property and you get charged twice. No dealers at all gambling tables.

Only one elevator workd for the side i stayed at. The property looks like it hasn't been maintained well for a very long time. Not a terrible place to stay but definitely not worth paying over 100 a night.

One of three elevators working. Our wait was between 10 to 15 minutes. Outside and surrounding area not clean. The staff was amazing. Not sure why they had an elevator operator. Convienent to the strip. Once hotel finished beside, the strip view rooms will be gone. We also had to keep turning on the a/c during the night.

09/16 arrived 9:30 pm room is on 2nd floor, and elevators were not working. I get to my room to find the phone was broken, no refrigerator, no coffee. The room was clean but the hall by the elevator was packed with trash bags, probably because the elevator was broken down. Too tired to argue. Slept with the AC clanging all night, the bathtub had no hot water for my shower in the morning. Now I’m cranky. 09/17 went to have breakfast that we paid in advance for, we found that we had no coffee included. We were given Plastic silverware, paper coffee cups. Complained to the front desk about all the room issues. They moved us now to the Bayview tower on the 5th floor the elevator worked BUT for this day only. By the morning the elevators are broken down in both towers. 09/18 The elevators are all broken down, my husband and I are seniors and cannot climb up and down 5 flights of stairs multiple times in a day. I had no phone, no refrigerator, and no coffee and then come to find out the ice vending machine was broken.The staff acted as if the broken elevators were a surprise and then we overheard them say the one elevator hasn’t worked for 12 years…But this hotel is charging me 58.50 stay/night 40.00 property fee/night, and an added breakfast that was terrible. My knees and feet are killing me from climbing the stairs and I stressed the whole time thinking about how I would get my luggage down the stairs for the check out.In total we were charged 162.64 x 3 nights. Please refund.

Pooor quality!
The carpet was dirty; the sliding door was 2 inches open and I couldn’t close it, I called the reception and they sent someone to fix it, the guy saw the problem, he said he will come back in 10 min, I waited 40 mins and nobody showed up, i told them when I got out and they said somebody will fix it by the time I came back but no one fixed the door and I could hear everything from outside because it’s close to the airport. They ask for 300$ deposit and I had to inspect the room and tell them what is not working, because they will say you did it and you don’t get your money back. One of the elevators didn’t work, so you had to stay in line for over 10-15 min to get up and down.

Elevators are broken. Entire tower has to use one tiny service elevator, including staff and room service, who obviously take priority. I waited in line for said service elevator for over half an hour before someone told me that the service elevator had also been broken the day before I checked in. It wasn’t moving. I took the stairs (15 floors)which were filthy and sketchy. Also, had to pay a $300 deposit which hasn’t been returned 11 days later. Won’t be coming back.

Very old hotel, TV cable not working, Elevators were broken. If looks like the owners do not maintain the facilities. Old bathroom, chips in bath and commode. Lights are hanging on a thread. Got shocked turning off a light. But is close to MGM Grand and has a Steak & Shake in the Hotel - so those are good.
