Terrible.
We had a problem at check in. In regards to paying for the resort fees and taxes. We communicated to the worker that we were going to get our resort fees and additionally the resort fees of our sister in law that we also booked a hotel for. She said okay and communicated that with the hotel worker that was checking my sister in law in. He said “okay”. Come time to pay the worker helping my sister in law decides to not let us pay and demands payment from my sister in law. My sister in law complies and during the transaction I asked him what he’s doing? He acts like he doesn’t know what I’m talking about. The worker that was helping yelled at him saying “didn’t you just hear what I asked you to do?” They did not refund my sister in law or accommodate us for the communication error. Just shrugged and said “oh well”. Additionally we did not have hot water the first night and when we called we got nothing but attitude and disrespect they acted like we were inconvenienced by us and that it wasn’t a problem they had to care about.

We paid what I thought was a premium for a premium property. It was anything but.... We arrived on the 16th and left on the 19th, never had any service to the room. No clean sheets, no clean towels. This was advertised with a full kitchen, however every cabinet was completely empty. Not even a knife or fork.... Will not be back, for this price you can do much better.

I paid for the resort fee, but I couldn't use the pool due to closing time. I got to check in at 3 after that we went to the pool but it was closed. That made me a little bit upset. When I got back to my room and then I took a shower, there was no soap in the shower room.

My favorite place to stay in Vegas. Feels like a home away from home, always clean, just far enough from the craziness of the strip while being close enough to everything, standard rooms are nice, suites are great, and staff is always friendly.
