The property is centrally located. When you walk into the casino, you feel like you’re in another country. Lots of restaurant choices. The casino is very large. The beds are extra comfortable. The showers are very big. Great place to stay.

The room was basic and generic. There was no coffee maker, refrigerator, or other general amenities. Our room was accessible through (smoking casino) the adjacent horseshoe hotel. The café was lovely at the Paris. The online check in saved easily an hour.

I love eating at this casino but staying here is another matter. Its NOISY!! At 6am the landscape/cleanup start and you can clearly hear them blowing garbage around for a solid 45 minutes. The maids also start around 630am and slam the shower doors and run the water and run the vacuum in hallways that are NOT soundproof. We heard every toilet flush and every shower. It was crazy noisy. Then you go downstairs and the ventilation is just not up to par with the amount of smoke in the air. It is quick and convenient to other places! And I love their collection of restaurants!

Downstairs was pretty well kept, but the room conditions were not as good. The bathroom tub had rust and the shower was cracked. We had two fridges and both were broken. The grab-and-go bakery near us was good. We enjoyed the desserts and coffee. Do NOT go to the crepe place. We went there on the first day and we got diarrhea because the batter and eggs were not cooked well and the service was very slow.
