Small rooms. Even smaller bathroom. Heater/air conditioner going out, and leaking something on floor. Unable to lock door to joining room. Very loud! No place to park to unload and check-in. Very confusing layout. In house pizza restaurant looked promising but was very doughy/uncooked. The pool hours are ridiculous.

Loved that they had a watch party for the NFR. Could use better directions to where to catch the bus. No bar prices listed in gambling bar, so paying $13.00 American for one ounce of whiskey in a maybe 12 ounces plastic glass, is a ridiculous amount.

The property was nice. It was my first time staying at the Plaza. Room was decent but the bathroom was a lil messy. The toilet lid was closed and I found urine drops on the seat. Water took a long time to warm up.. about 10 mins. Other than that.. everything was okay for the price.

I mistakenly left my wedding band on the night stand and an hour later after I checked out I called to have someone check and was told there was nothing on the nightstand. Security said they will not do anything about the situation but have a form filed for lost and found.

South Tower Woes
Was in the South Tower on the 9th floor. Room was stuffy and had poor lighting along with the smallest of fridges that sat on the floor inside a cabinet. It wasn't very cold and did not include a freezer. Very small bath and this was a “Deluxe Room” which was supposed to include a microwave. Resort fee was $39+ per day and reception informed me it was going up in 2025. Recent remodel eliminated parking outside of Reception (they removed a small circular driveway and put in a sidewalk bar). Now you park in the garage and hike through the casino to get the registration desk. If you visit, recommend requesting the North tower, the view is better and I hear the rooms have been refurbished. Also recommend buying local buss passes to get around. Eliminates looking for parking and having to pay for parking. a 3 day buss pass is $20 and they run 24 hours.

Had a beautiful room and the staff were great. However, when you pay extra for resort fees, you shouldn't have to contact someone to have your room cleaned, it should be automatic!!!
