Relax and Enjoy, this lovely home, conveniently located to the strip!

Our home is approx. 1,700 sq. ft. Just a few minutes from Green Valley Resort and Casino, 10 minutes from the Strip and Airport in a quiet established neighborhood.

All furnishings are new, 3 Bedrooms: Large Master Bedroom with Barn Doors lead to walk-in closet and en-suite with granite counter, double sinks, rain shower and separate toilet room. 1st guest room has a Queen Size Bed, 2nd guest room has two twin beds. Guest Bath includes Shower/Tub comb and granite counters, Living room has 55" screen TV and sectional sofa with Queen
pull out bed, combined dining area seats 6. Fully equipted eat in Kitchen with granite counter tops has bay window over looking the pool and hot tub. Off the Kitchen is the Family Room which features a sliding glass door directly leading to the covered patio with ceiling fan, pool, hot tub and gas BBQ grill.

Superb house - Ideal location
We had a great stay in this house. The house is very spacious, beautifully decorated, very well equipped and very comfortable bedding. We loved the pool and the jacuzzi. The house is very well located, close to Trip. The neighborhood is quiet and quiet. The owner is very available and kind. I strongly recommend this rental. If we ever come back to Las Vegas, we’ll come back to this house

Great location for an extended stay. Easy 15-20 min drive to the Sphere. Outdoor set up was excellent! Pool was 10/10. Met all of our needs. Would definitely book again when in Vegas!

The house was absolutely perfect; it had everything we needed, was immaculately clean and a great location. The decor was very well thought out and everything felt fairly new. The garage was a good size and very nice to be able to park in. I dropped the rating one star because we specifically booked this property for the heated pool, which the listing said would be $35/day extra, but then I was told only days before arriving (when I actually reached out to be sure they knew to heat it) that heating the pool was no longer an option because it was too expensive. That made no sense since we were willing to pay for it, but I didn't want to make a big deal of it even thought our teenagers were very disappointed. Otherwise we were very happy staying here.

Great stay!
I was visiting the area with my mom and sister and we were looking for a well appointed home with enough space for us to each have our own room and feel like we were staying at a home away from. This home was just that! This home is in a great location, beds were comfortable, and there were great amenities. There were a few minor cleaning issues that i raised to the owner and she was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time in Las Vegas. We stayed in the house for 17 nights and we could have easily stayed longer. It had all the conveniences we needed. We enjoyed chilling out in the living room; and the bedrooms were a good size and beds comfortable. The location worked well for us.

Fantastic home!
I have rented several homes and this one is by far my favorite. It is clean, beautifully decorated and cozy. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. The backyard complete with a dining table, pool and spa provides a tranquil oasis. We ate most of our meals outside which was glorious. It’s also important to note that the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Loved having use of the garage. Check-in was super easy. I highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay when you want to be close to the strip (15 minute drive) but also far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Property was exactly like the pictures. Barbara was very easy to communicate with. She even came over to show us how to work the heater so that the pool would stay warm our entire stay. An overall great experience!

What a great property!
We loved this house. It had all the right touches and everything you needed to make it a perfect stay. The house is decorated nice and the beds and the couch are super comfortable. A couple minor issues with the heating of the pool but Margaret refunded us some of the money due to the issues. Located in a great area with restaurants and shopping. I can’t say enough about this place!!

Great choice
If you’re looking for an excellent place to relax, you can’t go wrong with this home. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood near shopping and restaurants. The furnishings are of good quality and quite comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals along with gas grill. Since temps were cool, we didn’t use the outdoor areas, but loved the gas fireplace to warm us on those cool mornings. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you Barbara and Margaret.

We stayed in this place Sept 2021. Then November 2022. Since the first time stay, they have eliminated shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or tissues. And they hid the toilet paper in a cabinet in the garage. And have upped the price. Nice place, nicely decorated, owner happy to come over and show you how to work the hot tub heater. Just don't feel I should have to ask my daughter to buy me some kleenex. FYI before I wrote this review, I did reach out to the owner and she did not respond back to me.

Comfortable elegance close to Vegas
We came for a week for a family wedding, and didn't spend a lot of time at the property (my family lives in this neighborhood), but it is a very lovely home! It is exactly as shown in the posted photos, was such a comfortable and beautiful home, and the location was perfect - an easy 15min. drive to the airport. We all appreciated the very comfortable beds, quality towels and linens, and the quiet neighborhood, and everything you could need in the kitchen. While we didn't have time to enjoy the pool, it was sparkling clean and sure looked inviting. Our family is definitely marking this as a favorite for future Las Vegas visits!

We were visiting Las Vegas for a family wedding. We were joined by my elderly mother and aunt and sister. I looked for a place that they would be comfortable and feel “at home”. This property was idea. Clean, well equipped and nicely decorated.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was well equipped with everything we needed and was close to shopping. We were very comfortable and happy with our stay. Although the Las Vegas strip and Fremont St. were not our sole focus, we found the location of the house to be a reasonable distance, not too close and not too far away from the Las Vrgas fun. We visited Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam as well as Red Rock Canyon and The Valley of Fire State Park. Everything was easy to get to.
