This property was a great value for the money! At the low price point, I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the bed, the spotless cleanliness of the room and lobby, and the excellent shower heat and pressure. With a full kitchen, ample room space, friendly and helpful staff, great location, and free doughnuts, I certainly recommend this hotel.

Cutoff for check in at 7pm without having to make special arrangement for a later check in was a total pain. A 4-hr check-in window is unacceptable. Then bugs running around and cigarette stains. Was anxious to get out of there asap in the morning.

The room itself was very nice. The kitchenette included basic eating dishes and silverware for two. But I could not an ice machine any where. The freezer in my room had no trays. And staff checks out at 7 PM. However the 24 hr convenience store was adjacent and multiple food choices accross the street.
