I could hear a lot of outside noise during the night. I also arrived and noticed the room didn’t have a trash can, called up from desk only to be told they could handle it the next day. We were only there for the night so that defeated the purpose. Also no hand soap in the restroom.

Clean towels have to request them? Housekeeper to clean the room you have to request it? Plus, you are charging my card twice. My bank will fix the issue. I called my bank already, you are charging me two times? No food available to purchase, only snacks. You also charge for parking! Area is nice though, quiet and clean.

We made a last minute decision to stay at this hotel for a local festival and needless to say, we wont make this mistake again. There were many things that frustrated me with this property: Firstly, it isnt convenient like most chain hotels. Theres no continental breakfast despite on their website stating its offered. On top of that, you have to pay for coffee, and its only open until 10 am and you only get black coffee, no cream and no sugar. Getting extra towels, sheets/blankets etc is nearly impossible. Normally, hotels offer complimentary toiletries upon request- but not this one. The front desk staff is rude and short spoken, minus a couple nice ladies. If youre looking for just a place to lay your head that isnt a motel, then go for it. I just expected more given the company its apart of. I was let down, and left spending more money on doordashing food and being cold at night due to not being able to get an extra blanket. I literally had to beg the guy to do something because i kept getting refused. Thankfully he pulled through but it shouldnt get to that point. Its partly our fault for not planning ahead, but it was not a good experience by any means.

The Staff was wondering Lorna, Deja,Ester.Colleen was exceptionally great explaining and informative of all the needed information during my stay . Highly recommend Sonesta Select Summerlin. What a great staff also all the accommodating housekeeping.

Fue mala mi estancia en este lugar , no hay cordinacion , me asignaron una habitacion que estaba ocupada la # 215 y todavia habia personas en esa habitacion y pase un momento desagradable y mas con mi familia y cargando las maletas , el pasillo olia mucho a cigarro y mi esposa tiene asma y fue muy malo este hotel y en limpieza los 3 dias que estube nunca fueron a limpiar , asi que me me fue muy mal mi estancia en este lugar

All around the stay was average. No warning on website before booking that breakfast would not be available, found out when checked in but got better insight from reading the reviews.. and learned it's been over a year since kitchen has been closed. And on website its not listed under amenities that there's a $5.00 parking fee for a "self parking lot." You've to dig a bit on the website to find that. But prior to not knowing I called up the 800# & got a sarcastic rep that really couldn't believe why I'm inquiring.. I wasn't complaining I wanted to know what the charge was for. These days everything is a charge.

Disgusting...
The initial room was untidy without towels, and the shower was a handicap, which we did not booked/request. The front desk provided us with another room, and it was worst. The pillow and look like they were not washed. Pet hairs every where. I did not unpacked, immediately went to the front desk. Request a full refund, and left. This hotel, was by far the worst I visited. At $120+ per night I was at least expecting a clean linens. Holy Cow, this was DISGUSTINGLY AWFUL!!!

Our room really needed new carpet, the stains are the worst I have seen in a hotel in this price range. Other than that the room was clean, and the customer service was great. The complementary starbucks coffee downstairs was nice too.
