You don’t want to stay here unless there’s nothing else available. It’s privately managed, so whenever there are issues the hotel staff won’t send help. No hot water? Oh well, they eventually figured it out after 4 days of cold to lukewarm showers. No housekeeping and not even garbage collection, so all the kitchen garbage just sits in the room and stinks. The view isn’t bad—except the glass is so filthy you can’t even enjoy that. Half the lightbulbs were either burned out, mixed color temperatures, or flickered all the time giving you a headache (hopefully not a seizure). The mattress was also pretty old and hard, and one night the jacuzzi tub motor turned on all by itself and the shutoff switch did nothing. Talk about a rude awakening! I requested a refund for all the issues and so far it’s been nothing but crickets from them. I wish this review would let me post some of the pictures of the many problems with this hotel so you could see for yourself what you’re getting into if you book this place.

My kids love the Palms place. The room was clean and spacious… The kids just wants to stay in the room instead of going for a walk on strip. The love the idea of having the Panda Express and Mc Donalds on the second floor. They ate Mc Donalds in the middle of the night and ate Panda after check out.

The property rents privately owned units that you are not aware of while booking online so you do not receive the same accommodations as if you rented room directly with the property. The host locked the largest closet and let us with the small one with safe. We were in a 1-bedroom suite for 4 days very inconvenient. The room was not thoroughly cleaned we found dust behind the headed board, hair in the carpet. The Lock on the door had to be recalibrated but it took 32 hrs. for them to do so. So, every time we came and went, we had to be escorted by security. The scariest part is when the elevators kept stopping " Stating Temporarily Out of Order"

We are hoping to make this our go to from now on in Vegas. Absolutely loved this place and has all the elements we wanted in a room, space, coffee, fireplace, stunning view. There were small issues like the tub takes forever to fill up because of the water flow, the stools were wobbly, and the dishes in the cabinet were dirty prob because house cleaning thought the dishwasher was clean before unloading. Those were really not big deals for us compared to how much we loved the room. Definitely coming back!

Amazing view - clean studio apartment
I loved the studio on the 20th floor overlooking the strip. Bathroom had a deep jet soaker tub and a rainfall shower head. 2 fridges and dishes. I would stay there again. Check-in and out was easy and everyone was friendly.

3rd Time was worst time
This is my 3rd time staying in a suite managed by Stripview Suites. The first time the room was filthy and not cleaned. The second time the tvs didn’t work. This time the tv nearest the bed didn’t work and the room smelled like someone hid a dirty diaper or left spoiled food sitting somewhere. I called the number and was told maintenance would come the following day to fix tv and that cleaners would come try to get rid of smell. When I returned the following night no one had been to my room to do either. Going forward I will spend the extra money and rent direct from Palms Place as they handle issues asap.
