2nd stay here and it will be our go to accommodation in Vegas, although it’s a bit of a hike to the strip the space in the apartment makes up for it

Was allowed to check into room at 3pm (check in time) that was not cleaned and filthy. Upon notifying the front desk I was told rest assured we are doing everything possible to take care of this. Cleaners did not come until 4:45pm which was a 30 minute inconvenience as I was waiting to get settled into my room.

The property was nice, well furnished. Also came with the kitchen amenities, including plateware, utensils, cooking pot and pans, cutting board, and cooking utensils and knives. Sub-Zero fridge with ice maker and microwave were a nice touch (along with dishwasher). There was ample trashbags, a dish sponge, dish soap and dishwasher soap as well. View was fantastic in Tower 1. Mild annoyance is the proximity to the dayclub, which is quite loud despite having the balcony door closed. Beds are comfortable, although I would have liked more firm and bigger pillows. The jacuzzi tub was fantastic and definitely got used during our stay. We did need to walk a bit as this was not a part of the MGM Grand, so that was a mild downside but the overall perks of the room overshadowed that.

Pros: nice hotel. Very quiet. Conveniently located near the strip. Great view. Cons:. Extra towels are extra money each. Found toe nails in my room. Can’t call house cleaning because it is an extra charge for cleaning fee each time they come in. Parking is first come first serve and they do not have enough spots for all guests. Pools open late and close early. Out of the 3 pools they had 1 was open.

StripView Suites were great at MGM Signature
Our stay in the ninth floor suite in Tower 1 of MGM Signature was fantastic. Check in and check out were very easy and quick. Uber drops at the front door but picks up in the back circle, usually. Any inquiry to StripView Suites management was answered very quickly and professionally. The room was clean and comfortable and enabled us to cook a small breakfast before venturing out to the pools on the property. These pools at the Signature were quite comfortable and shaded by the building in the morning, making them our go to spot until noon or so. Free water from a chiller was provided or you could bring your own. The pools had lifeguards who rotated frequently to stay fresh and alert. It was a bit of a walk but the trade off was a quiet and enjoyable stay.

Toilet was backed up nobody ever came took them 45 minutes to deliver my luggage to my room and that was because I went back down there asking where it was they say free parking until its not available then you park 2 miles away in mgm parking ...just disappointing...room flooring very dirty my socks were gross..

Strip view room without a strip view. Room not cleaned. Stove broken. Safety box broken. Dirty worn out carpet. Kitchen aquipment a joke. No cleaning unless you pay extra for it. Tried to get a refund, they refused. They wanted me to e-mail pics and I did but their adress did not funktion. They said that they were tryin to relocate us the day after check-in. Never heared from them. Tried to get help from Hotels.com, they did not help us at all. This was our 5th anniversary trip. Saved up to for five years. Will never use any of these again. Nor "strip view suites"

The room was spacious and clean, loved the huge bathroom and jetted tub with seperate shower and toilet room. The other nathroom had a shower. The balcony was nice to go out on. Ample towels for our 2 night stay, with a nice kitchen, dining and living room.
