I liked the quietness of the property. It was nice, after a long night out to be able to rest during the day. We did have to ask multiple times to have our bedding changed and even when they did we had to put on our own pillowcases. The free breakfast options were extremely frustrating. It's dine in only and I don't know who wants to go sit in a nice resteraunt after a long night out. Take out should be an option. We only used one breakfast coupon out of ten.

This property is a complete gem! Clean, beautiful rooms, and every morning I had a delicious, healthy breakfast at the restaurant – and I could walk everywhere! Amazing! I particularly love that it feels like a hotel, not like a casino. Particular compliments to my check-in desk staff Lexi, one of the best hotel staff ever! She took such great care of me and now the Ahearn is the only place I will stay when I visit Las Vegas!

Fabulous Stay at Ahern
First time staying here, we were very impressed.First thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the hotel, everything looked like it had just been updated and new, no funny smells or funky carpet. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was great, we ate dinner and breakfast there, breakfast was very good and complimentary. Beds were comfy, shower/bathroom was a nice size with good lighting! They did have a redish film on the windows, but that wasn't a problem for us, you could still see the lights and city below. I like the old fashioned luggage holders (the ones that are folded, then open to set your suitcase on), not many hotels have them anymore, but this hotel did:) Room came with a safe and fridge. There is no gambling or smoking at the hotel, which was what we wanted, nice and quiet:) Walking distance to the strip. Parking was very close to the hotel entrance.

Staff needs better training
Upon checking in around 430pm, I was trying to have a conversation with the girls checking me in but they were not listening. I was telling them it was my anniversary and wanted to try a this new hotel, the only response I got was "here's your key". Ok well so much for pleasantries or having any empathy. Then upon getting to our room at 430ish pm there were 3 housekeepers in the room 1 sitting in the chair on her phone,1 sitting on the bed on her phone and the 3rd one just standing there. Chit chatting amongst themselves. I was confused why they were just chillin in my room at 430ish pm...my room should have been done, ready for me by 3pm check in time and had no staff just chillin on their phones . And later that evening/morning at 12:00am my husband had to go had to go down to lobby because the TV next door was blasting at high volume. Quiet time is suppose to be from 10pm-830am. Turns out there is no one even in that room, so at 12:45 am I had to go back down and complain AGAIN about the blasting TV. I personally believe housekeeping left it on purposely. All this and I haven't even checked out yet. Sitting here at 1am writing this. The hotel is nice but staffing is horrible I'll do another review if I have anymore issues
