our check in was terrible, it wasn't the hotel fault because we only had one room and we reserved two rooms, so we had to rebook two rooms and that took some time

The D is my absolute FAVORITE hotel to stay at Downtown! The location is prime and I also love playing there (mostly blackjack). It’s always first choice.

The property was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed mid week, Tues-Fri, and got a free upgrade from a corner king to a suite! We absolutely LOVED it. The room overall was amazing, the minor flaws aren’t even worth mentioning. The only issue was we were not made aware that Thurs and Friday nights we’d need ID and room keys to get into hotel and up to our room. And again not aware of road closures on Friday nights get that blocked the main entrance preventing our Uber from being able to get in to the normal pickup spot, so we had to grab an overpriced cab to the airport. But location of hotel and actual stay were great!

a bit disappointing honest review
Stayed for 2 nights. Check in was easy and got a complimentary beer....i found it a smaller hotel. The miss was no water in the rooms but if you show your room key yoh can get the smallest bottle of water. Room was ok. Beds were ok. Small tv not many channels...the D is on to Fremont street so your right there. Noisy at night with band music...which i don't mind but when i am tired and want to sleep its annoying. The Canadian bar was a miss i am Canadian and the only thing I saw Canadian was the maple leaf on the back of the chairs and Molson beer....pricy restaurants the coffee shop was nice somewhat reasonably priced. The pool is a joke and no one told us we could use the sport swim pool at the Circa. Worth the 5 min walk you need a room key and id to get in. Overall i would rate this stay a 3 start and thats just bein nice! Would i stay there again NOPE...

never stayed downtown before, never staying on the strip again. easy to walk from casino to casino, night life on freemont street was super fun. bad part was not many shows to see but monday to thursday probably wasn't the best days for entertainment
