Room was very nice. Haven’t been to this hotel since it was Fitzgerald. Elevator was unique. All the staff were very nice. Will stay here again. We come to Vegas 3-4 times per year.

I would like to see healthy eating options. Other than that I disliked the fact that our room was sold and we were sent to the Circa for one night over New Years. Going back and forth between hotels is ridiculous. If I booked it, why would my room be given away.

Check in was smooth. Valet was fantastic. Love the pool at Stadium swim. Everything was great except we were wanting to extend our stay another day. First, I tried the hotel phone and every button resulted in a busy signal. I called in the morning from my cell phone. I tried the one extension, the zero extension, and the concierge extension. I was waiting on hold for over 17 minutes on each of those. So we decided forget it. I got up packed and went downstairs. There was three employees just standing at the desks and no customers so I don’t know why they wouldn’t answer the phone. My husband asked them why they didn’t answer the phones and they gave him attitude. Kinda a bad way to end the stay.

Oversold the rooms and was sent away
The hotel oversold its room and I arrived at 1:00 am and was sent away to a different hotel. I had to walk at night with a suitcase for almost 10 minutes in the coldness. It is bad practice and illegal in some states for hotels to oversell rooms and not honor contractual terms.
