Stayed at the Linq for my 50th Birthday and the room was very disappointing. Stayed from November 13th to the 18th, 2024. I asked for daily maid service and we only had our room cleaned once. We ran out of clean towels, toilet paper, Kleenex. No one came to change our sheets. I asked a maid in the hallway to ensure that they clean our room when we were out and nothing got done all day that we were out. Called front desk at 10pm and they sent someone up to drop off a bag of sheets, towels and toilet paper and left it on the floor in our room expecting me to clean and maintain our room! Garbage wasn’t even taken out of our room. Our view from room 17085 was a view through dirty windows of the back alley. No fridge or coffee maker in our room either even thought when I book the room it stated it was included in our room. Horrible waste of paying resort fees as no amenities are available! Pool was closed as well! I called twice to speak to management to refund resort fees and I received no call back!! I have pictures of the unwashed sheets and bag of linens dumped on our floor! Do waste your money here! Much nicer places to stay that care about their guests than at the Linq! I really wish I could get a call back from the resort to address my concerns.
