Overall our stay was nice. Something happened and they had us checking out a day early, and the women in the phone was not nice. We got that figured out, and the next morning the maid rang our doorbell at 9:45 and told us our check out was at 10-10:30. Checkout is at 11, we were aware, and the ring on the door bell was annoying. Overall the staff was nice, but the maid telling us to basically leave was rude.

Trump caters to its guests and treats everyone like a VIP. I’ve stayed in dozens of Vegas hotels over the last 30 years and Trump beats them all in service.

Lily went above and beyond to ensure our room was ready and personally went up stairs and checked to ensure it was ready for us. Check in was at 3 but we had an early flight and she allowed us to check in early around 10:30 am, and we only had to wait about 10 minutes tops for everything. Our room was spotless and had an incredible view of the city. It was quiet because it doesn’t have a casino, which is what we wanted as we were not in Las Vegas to drink and party. Staff was always very professional, kind and always greeted us with smile. We will absolutely stay here at Trump International if we return to Las Vegas and will strongly consider staying at other Trump International hotels around the world when traveling. Absolutely one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever experienced!

I arrived to hotel that was referred by a coworker, it also was indicated it was a five star hotel. When I arrived greeting was great. I went to my room and smelt, wet and moldy odor. I was able to feel a wet carpet. Notified the front carpet had been cleaned prior to me BUT the carpet was still wet. Why issue that room to me? so they switched rooms, by the time I switched it was late and I needed to be up early. It was somewhat inconvenient. Got to the new room shower was clogged. Had 2 to 3 inches of water after I showered something told me to pull back the bedsheets and examine and I took pictures of what looks like human body hair in the sheets, by the time I transferred from the first room the time was 12:30 AM, I was staying there for a work event and I had a early morning at 6 am, they sent someone to remove the sheets but by this time it was 1:30 AM. I was grossly uncomfortable and very disgusted knowing the room hadn’t been cleaned The bed was made with body hair in the bed!?.. Had a two night stay. I returned in the evening at 9 PM after a first workday and the room was not taken care of again, The beds were not made nor the shower declogged. When I was about to go to sleep, there was an unexpected knock at The door at 11:30 PM. The cleaning lady asked me if I wanted the room cleaned?. I said no thank you, because it was too late. The room was not turned over Any other time during my stay, I will not be staying here again; shocked that this is a 5 star Hotel

Really enjoyed our stay. They let us pick our room from the VIP rather than take what they give. Of course we picked a room on the upper floors with an awesome view. Plus security keep us safe running off any street scammer in LV.

The best thing about this resort is the fantastic staff and customer service. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant staff is second to none with Roberto, Tanya and others going above and beyond to make our meals special. This was our third stay at the property this year and we are planning to return soon (living in Pennsylvania). Thank you!

Trump Hotel Las Vegas
Beautiful, non-gaming hotel. Great location across from Fashion Show Mall and fast walk to Wynn and Encore. Nice seasonal outdoor pool with snacks available. Quick grab coffee and pastries in lobby on some days of the week. One restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner...service and food are very good. We got an upgrade with Hotels.com Gold status to one bedroom suite. Also, beautiful. A couple of critiques, though....nasty metal soap dish in master bath has to go (not necessary), no USB outlets ANYWHERE in suite, crusty batteries in non-working remote (we fixed) and perhaps the biggest issue is the valet parking. The valets are hardworking and polite, the system is horrible. No signage for where to go as you enter carport in front. Ubers and taxis are competing with hotel guests (and non-guests) for space in a frighteningly narrow driveway. The positive (if it matters to you) is that it is free. Maybe expanding the space, moving rideshare and charging would help and class it up a little.
