Overall the place was very nice! We had a handicap accessible room so that was a little weird because we didn’t need the accommodations. They forgot to clean my room one day but I grabbed some towels. Breakfast is great and convenient. A little pricey but worth the convenience!

From 11:00pm until 2:30am Saturday night, a rock concert in the area was playing so loud it shook the bed, the music was so loud it actually woke us up from sleep. Also, the noises from the passing trains were so loud, it seemed as if they would crash into our room on the 21st floor, we had to wake up at 3am to catch our departing flight but we couldn’t sleep, horrible experience, we called front desk to complain, they said there was nothing they could do and that it happens every weekend.

Even though I arrived the day after the incident with the explosion of the cyber truck, the facility was in excellent condition. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible despite the increase security.

Check in was 4pm and didn’t get our room till after 630pm and had to complain to get a room. Was over sold on NYE. We had dinner reservations and needed to get ready. Poorly run property. I can expect more for the Vegas strip and as a local.
