Loved staying here for a business convention! Perfect size for our group of 12. Rooms have 2 beds each, tvs and private or shared baths. Very clean. Well stocked. Easy access to Mandalay convention center. Lots of restaurants & shops nearby. Owner was communicative & easy to deal with!

Our team stays in a house for a week every January for a tradeshow that we attend. After many years of doing this, and many properties that we've stay in, I have to say that this is the absolute best house, location, host, etc. Highly recommend. Great property overall. Slept 10 comfortably and had an extra room that we didn’t use. Only thing lacking was from the female point of view and that was a lack of throw pillows and blankets in the living area. Super easy access to the airport and strip. Would definitely recommend and book again if we do another large gathering there.

Thanksgiving in Vegas
The house was PERFECT! Pictures do not do it justice. My sons, adult nieces, nephew and significant others absolutely could not get over how amazing everything was. The pool was warm enough to swim, although they spent most of the time outside in the spa! We didn't have any issues, but communication was also terrific on check in and check out. HIGHLY recommend. We were close to the strip, nearby shops and the airport. We had a rental car, but the twenty somethings mostly ubered.

Semi Annual L.V. Trip with the Guys--Great House!!
6 guys on our semi annual trip to Vegas--house is large, exceptionally clean and very well equipped from kitchen equipment to pool table, to electronics (TV's and internet) to pool/spa, outdoor barbeque and laundry. Entry into the home was painless--electronic code provided before arrival. Communication with the host was exceptional--succinct, informative and very responsive.

The home was in a convenient location and the property was well kept. The communication with the property manager was good. There were a few minor issues with the tv's in the bedrooms, but not a deal breaker for our group. The home was very accommodating. Nice, spacious and clean!!! Our group as a whole, enjoyed our stay! Tom was a great host who timely answered all of my questions. The house was amazing—it was bigger than it even looked in the photos! It more than comfortably fit our group of friends (8 adults). The neighborhood is very quiet and close to a grocery store and the highway. Would absolutely stay here again.

50th birthday Fiesta
The property was perfect for our party to celebrate my husband‘s 50th birthday. The pool and floats were great to enjoy and the kitchen island was massive enough for us to sit around and enjoy our meals and drinks. The rooms are nicely sized and the house is very clean. Laundry room was available with detergent and dryer sheets for the washer and dryer as well as an iron and extra towels and pool towels. The owner was very responsive to our needs and checked back in. We all loved our stay. Thank you.

Great house for our long weekend
This 6 bedroom 4 bath house with a really nice pool, pool table and ping pong table was a great find and a perfect place for our group. House is really clean and well-stocked. Communication with host was excellent and whole process was very smooth. We will definitely stay here again on return visit. Very convenient to the airport and to the strip. It was nice to be off the strip in a big comfortable house. Highly recommend.
