Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
AMBER was very rude, condescending, arrogant. We went to simply drop off our keys and she told us she would be with us in a minute instead of simply acknowledging us and taking the keys. This was at 6:00am and there was NOT 1 single guest at the counter besides us. She was training another staff member and refused to stop and accommodate us. To make matters worse when I went away to find other help and then returned again and even said we just want to drop these off, she still said we would have to wait. She did this with a smirk and a condescending tone and attitude. We then had to go to another area and ask for someone to get a manager who then took the room keys. There were NO drop boxes as indicated on the tv in room screen checkout process and we simply wanted to drop off our keys properly.
The room had a few issues as well.
*kitchenette with 0 ZERO utensils or dishes is pointless. Who brings pots and pans on an airplane to Vegas?
*shower floor was dirty
*fold out sofa sleeper was not only NOT prepped with sheets/bedding but it was a super thin piece of foam trash that was dated/old/stained/loud.
*the cabinets has a pile of tv cables and wires in disarray along with broken furniture pieces in them.
*the bathroom sink produced SCOLDING hot water when turning on and took time to brink back to a safe temp.
*LOUD...all night long we could here trucks backing up to the dock below (outside and 17 floors down!)
*Room was dim and dark and lighting could not light up areas.
