Perfect stay at the lake
The photos of the property really don't do it justice, the views from every window are amazing. We absolutely loved the area, the situation is just what we wanted, a really peaceful quiet area but very close to everything everything.

Belle région Propriétaire très sympathique Gite spacieux conforme a l annonce Bien situé par rapport a la plage Il faut prendre sa voiture ( 2 minutes) mais que du bonheur quand vous rentrez au calme après votre journée … On venait d Italie avec les motos et les klaxons….ici on a profité de l environnement… Bref region à recommander

Situé à l'extrémité du lac d'Annecy cette location très savoyarde correspond exactement à nos attentes. Très facile d'accès avec un parking pour 2 voitures, calme et particulièrement reposant. Pour un prix très correct dans le secteur. Les modalités sont particulièrement simples et faciles. Je vous recommande vivement cette location pour ceux qui veulent pouvoir rayonner dans la région.

Sejour reposant dans 1 gîte au calme
Nous avons passé 4 jours a Lathuile, a quelques km d'Annecy.. en retrait de la circulation mais assez proche de pls petites plages qui bordent le lac av vue sur les montagnes..Ns avons apprécié le côté du lac 'Menton st' Bernard- Talloire' plus tranquille et en particulier la plage de Veyrier du lac, bien sympa ! Par contre, n'avons pas eu 'l'honneur' d'être saluée par le propriétaire malgré sa présence sur les lieux !!

Une semaine au top
Situation ideale au calme, à quelques minutes du lac et de toutes les commodités. Le chalet est tres bien équipé et Jean Louis est un hôte aux petits soins. On a adoré notre sejour à Lathuile. La partie du bout du lac et des montagnes alentours des sources est tres belle pour des balades en pleine nature.
