Sauberkeit in Bad und WC lässt viel Potential nach oben . Ein anständiger aktiv Chlorreiniger könnte in der Dusche wunder bewirken. Unter den Spannlacken darf ein Matratzenschoner drunter. In der Ausschreibung muss unbedingt stehen das die Dusche nicht für stark korpulente Menschen gedacht ist. Mülleimer gehören nach jedem Aufenthalt geleert

Den Schlüssel hatten wir schnell. Als wir in das Zimmer sind habe ich mit dem Kopf die Lampe berührt. Ein abgegangner Fingernagel lag auf dem Nachttisch und das Waschbecken tropft. Nicht sauber und nicht toll

Reste vom großen Geschäft in der Toilette, wohl vom Vormieter. Kein Handtuch direkt auf dem Zimmer zu finden. Die eine Hälfte der Duschtür hat gefehlt. Für eine Nacht ok, aber definitiv nicht mehr.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, wenn man keinen Wert auf das gewisse etwas legt. Allerdings gab es mehrere Dinge die nicht geklappt haben: - Für das gebuchte Zimmer gab es keinen Schlüssel. Mangels Empfang musste ich die Hotline anrufen, der Empfang war schlecht, es hat aber dann geklappt irgendwie und ich bekam einen anderen Code für ein anderes Zimmer. - Der Zimmerservice ist nicht in mein Zimmer gekommen. Keine neuen Handtücher etc. also. - Es gab aufgrund von Corona kein Frühstück (verständlich / begrüßenswert), es gab aber auch keinen Kaffee unten in der Kantine weil der wihl aus war (nicht so verständlich). Fazit: Nächstes Mal woanders unterkommen.

Enttäuschend u Bewertungen bestätigend - Nie mehr!
Seit vielen Jahren auf Dienstreisen u so manches Hotel u Personal erlebt. Das hier erlebte sprengt aber jeglichen Rahmen - in Bezug auf Zimmerbeschreibung u besonders auf die nicht vorhandene Freundlichkeit des Personals. Unverschämtes Personal - Nie mehr wieder! Story dazu: Gebucht Einzelzimmer (201), mit lt Beschreibung "1 kleines Doppelbett". Was ist ein "kleines Doppelbett"? Jetzt weiß ich es - es ist einfach ein Einzelbett. Da die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist, hätte ich spätabends noch mit dem Management telefonieren müssen. Aber ich konnte ja mit dem Zimmer doch irgendwie leben. Wollte das am nächsten Morgen halt dann klären....aber es kommt noch "interessanter". Morgens ab zum (nicht vorher reservierten) Frühstück. Eine Mitarbeiterin sprach mich an: "Zimmer Nummer". Guten Morgen oder Hallo gibt es hier nicht...das geschah dreimal hintereinander. Wobei ich darauf hinwies, dass mein Zimmerschlüssel schon auf dem Tresen läge und ich erst nach der Zimmernummer nachsehen müsse. OK, hab diese erste Unfreundlichkeit überlebt. Aber... Mitarbeiterin: Barscher Ton: Sie haben kein Frühstück gebucht. Ich: Ja das stimmt, aber wäre es denn evtl. möglich doch hier im Haus zu frühstücken. Sie: Barsch Nein, das geht so nicht. Ich hatte nun aber schon zwei Teller und drei Scheiben Wurst, ein Brötchen und Butter auf dem Teller. Frühstücksei fiel wegen nicht gebuchtem Frühstück ebenso aus. *lach* Letztendlich hatte ich es wieder hinzustellen. Und so ging es weiter - !Absolutes NoGo!
